It's a classic. The posture and expression give the toon attitude. And all of the whites, light colors, and bright lighting make kind of a theme. So it has impact, not at all diluted or muddy. (Sheesh, now I know why fashion people and wine taster people sound so froofy. There aren't any non-froofy adjectives for describing this kind of stuff).

Most of the face region is kinda ruining it for me. The slightly open mouth, piercings, blue tattoos that don't really match with anything, the eyes, and even the facial hair. It's not a mess, just a bunch of weird elements that don't really work well together in my opinion.

Fair enough.
Your avatar is very pretty, she has nice eyes, fair skin, stylish earrings although I'm not too sure how I feel about the hair, it's not bad or anything, the colour is fine too. The only thing that I feel that doesn't quite match is the jacket, I dunno, it just doesn't look right to me. Overall 9/10.
