I like the tattoo, i like the lighting, to a degree. I like the pose. It's all good, but not great - The picture is somehow too blurry and unfocused to have a good impact.
I think that zooming in would 'fix' this alltogether, as it stands much of the picture is 'undefined' and it really detracts from the excellent single elements in the middle.
I should give this a 6.5, but will give it a 7/10. I think it might rise to a 9/10 or higher with the zoom :)
If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...

The look is unique, to say the least 
I'm not ranking beauty, but as far as using the creator goes, this one stands out - though I would consider changing some angle/background and the jacket/lip color to match, perhaps!

Well lit and sculpted face but something about the composition makes your chest look like a cardboard cutout.
That aside the colour and tone and mood are great ,
composition/pose needs tweaks imo

I quite like the Moko your character is rocking, has specific relevance to me as a New Zealander. Face looks rather oddly thin though perhaps that is due to the contrast of the dark hair and hair style. Seems almost as though you have several sets of vertical 'columns' running through your portrait that seems to lengthen the characters features.
Interesting choice of eye colour and expression. Background suits the picture.
