I just recently redid my former black/white pattern and carefully added some colour, to make the portrait look less gloomy and threatening. I hope that it now reflects better the coward and inept carebear ***** that I really am and people will be more motivated again to help me out of my ship when i am running through lowsec.
Your rating: love the smirk, love the use of shadows and lightning. There is too much blue and grey in your picture, so it does not really stand out amongst most other blue/grey pictures. But that's just personal taste. Overall 8/10

You seem rather confused... The tattoos and piercings give an edge, but the colors are rather bland, lighting is "meh", and the smile is... well, creepy. I'd give you a couple extra points with a lighting change (more drama, more sharp shadows), and a background change to add color.
