And
The Warlock class Destroyer is the most powerful ship in common use in Earth Force. Omega-X's were all destroyed, and had serious design flaws, Mainly because they where build with 300 dollars and a bus pass. The Warlock class however Incorporates alot of the weapon systems used on the Omega-X, Such as the Fusion Cannons, and can ista pop any Centori ship.
Battlestar Galtica does not count as its based on RL tech and science. and Captian Kirk Killed God. so ha

Bringing a vorlon planet killer is overkill IMO, a Mimbari Sharlin class war cruiser is a kilometer long, nearly two kilometers tall, it's attack speed is roughly 20% the speed of light (.2C), it's powered by a freaking black hole for gods sake, and it has the firepower to render a planet uninhabitable. you could bring a fleet of ships from any of the other universes and it'd wtfbbqpwn them in minutes.
think I'm exaggerating? read the specs

yeah but they don't have shield boosters! seriously, their shields either hold or go down, you never see them going up.

Didn't their sheilds always go down after two or three shots from a bad guy?

Though I think Eve has better back-story writers, Star Trek writers are MUCH more accomplished at getting the Enterprise crew out safe and sound (minus a few ensigns of course). So, Eve would lose in the end, though I'm sure the episode would have some ominous trumpets in there somewhere complete with opportunities for Riker to get with some Achuran chick as a side plot.
However, as the Enterprise always gets it's ass kicked no matter who is fighting it, the ship itself would get destroyed at some point. Probably by a battle-badger.

I would say stargate tech is fairly comparable to EVE tech, Daedalus carries railguns and missiles and heavy Shields so its basically Caldari. Blasters are similar to Goa'uld weapons and the Asgard are the Jove

Edited by: blake fallout on 06/12/2007 03:35:57 well with 1 zero point moduals atlantis can fly at 287 million x light.
and with 3 zpm somewhere around 500 million x light, though real prpulsion time may vary due to atlantis mass (does it effect hyperspace?)

Enterprise [+] Great shields [+] Lasers that don't suck and do full damage against very small targets [+] Several orders of magnitude faster than Eve ships [+] Warp drive capable of true instersteller travel [+] Onboard scanner that rivals Eve's scan probes in effectiveness. [+] Can divert power to increase the effectiveness of some systems at the expense of others.
[-] Super short weapons range (when was the last time you saw them shooting something that looked more than 10 kms away) [-] Their torps don't seem to do much damage considering they have an antimatter warhead. [-] Completely unarmored. It's shields, then hull. [-] Requires rare fuel (dilithium) [-] Depend on passive recharge to bring their shields up. ----- My in Eve Profile |

i just made up a story about a ship that could destroy every other ship mentioned in this thread at that same time in 1 second and never be in danger of being destroyed... i cant think of a name for it but this ship clearly wins
having made the 'this is silly cause its all made up' point, optimus prime wins

Why are people complaining about how nerdy this thread is? you play a sci fi mmo about space ships. get over yourself.

Edited by: Smokin'' Sandra on 06/12/2007 21:35:23 StarDestroyer.net quotes nonsensical crap from game manuals and scientifically illiterate "technical manuals" and god knows what.
When that X-wing gets blown up into a lame puff the size of a 3 story building, does that look like a large atomic blast? No? Then it ain't eighty gazillion azzbeatowatts of power.
As for the Tardis, nothing short of being right next to the Big Bang, or the thoughts of a god can penetrate its shielding, so no, the Death Star's blast couldn't even scratch it.
As for Trek (or any other world for that matter), in general the larger the ship, the more powerful it is.
Here ya go!
