I clonejumped two times since the patch (first time directly after deployment of trinity) - both times from an fully imped clone (all 10 Slots) to a fully imped clone.
Both jumps went OK - no implants lost. Training time like ti should be.
So this is may be a random bug.

OK, I lost implants despite not clone jumping since before patch. I shall fill this in for my last clone jump (on 1st December)

Do I jump into another clone and risk loosing more implants?
You state not to raise multiple petitions about the same topic, however, because of your lack of any sort of response what are we to do????
Can we safely clone jump now or not?

Petitioned days ago and still no answer from CCP. I am joining the damn chorus on this one because I lost a full snake set upon jump and cannot see playing until I know how the reimbursement will go down.
Obviously not going to JC again. An official response would be nice sometime this year. |

A couple of hours or so after the server came back up I got home from work and clone jumped out of my "learning clone" which has a full set of +5s and also hardwiring to fill all the other slots.
After reading about this issue I checked my jump clone. Character sheet says the implants are still there.
I guess I got lucky, but I'm not jumping back into that particular clone until this situation is resolved.

I sent in a bug report to CCP regarding my client's EveFile.exe crashing anything I try to get into the game and I got a response the next day so obviously, it's clear where their priorities lie as there's definetly a lot of other bugs and issues with just the clients themselves after the Trinity Patch.
Point is, implants are not exactly on the tip of the iceberg, so-to-speak, of issues that they're working on though if they don't have a few people off to the side working on them now, they will in time.
Bottom line, stop expecting immediate fixes as those fixes do take time to actually get done and there are plenty of other things that need fixing as well besides implants. That's how it is with ALL online games and Eve Online is no different.

Hey sweety, when you pay my monthly fee to play this game, then you can tell me what to do or not do. Most of the people who lost their implants, like me, were stuck in jump clones for a few days without even a word from the GM's about whether it was even safe to jump again. Many people, like me, have lost a crapload of implants and have had a petition open for 4-days.
Most of us understand its going to take a while, but to pay for a game and not be able to play it the way we're used to, and expect too, is a tad frustrating.
So if a few people want to vent and blow off steam and make sure CCP knows they feel this way, then I think their monthly fee entitles them to do that.

For real, why cant people realize we dont NEED a fix right now, we jsut want to be told what is going on, when to except a fix, if we can add other implants, if we can clone jump, if we can get pod killed.

I heard it was and I clone jumped without problems yesterday.
Still, it sucks that peoples petitions havent been reimbursed yet, but If no one has had it happen in last few days I think we dont need any more debug info?

Any information is good information (not always the case, but most of the time).
I filed my petition about 20 minutes after i realised what had happened.

that was a rumor, noone knows if it is true or not, because CCP wont freaking tell us.

I JCed from an empty clone to a clone with 5 x +4s and 5 hardwirings, and lost all but 2 +4s and 1 hardwiring.
This was on the evening of the 6th Dec.
Petition has been put in, not yet heard anything.
I have since JCed back to my empty clone, then back to the clone with the remaining implants, and I didnt lose any thiat time.
Maybe it has been fixed, but CCP don't yet know how to reimburse everyone who were affected?

Ok, from the small sample so far, it appears as if the implant status of the initial clone is irrelevant.
A) Did your Target Clone have implants?
B) Did your Target Clone have a Full head of implants? (aka. slots 1-10 filled)
B1) If not, did you loose your implants?
B2) If yes, did you loose your implants?
C) Did you loose your implants the 1st time you jumped after trinity?
C1) Did you loose your implants after the 2nd time you jumped after the patch?
In my case:
A) Did your Target Clone have implants?
Yes
B) Did your Target Clone have a Full head of implants? (aka. slots 1-10 filled)
B1) If not, did you loose your implants?
B2) If yes, did you loose your implants?
Yes. Lost all implants but one (slot 7).
C) Did you loose your implants the 1st time you jumped after trinity?
Yes.
C1) Did you loose your implants after the 2nd time you jumped after the patch?
Haven't tried again. Not risking my +4 learning set in empire.

I think it's the silence which frustrates people like me. The bug itself is annoying, but the lack of any response even in the way of "Yes, there is an issue. We are investigating this but have other priorities atm. Implants will reimbursed/not reimbursed." is kinda annoying, because this is a more critical bug. Not as critical as the POS bugs but it keeps people trapped in their jumpclone if they are not willing to risk their implants because of some stupid (maybe random) unconfirmed bug.
This silence ****es me off and even more the fact that devs are avoiding this thread like hell but posting in others with (imho) "less critical" issues.
This kind of communication from CCP is not new, but still frustrating.

It is true that players are not meant to discuss moderation or post GM reponses to petitions. But this is not such a thing - this is just the text of my petition and messages I added to it to keep track.
Staring at the open status which means it has not even been read I thought - why not created a copy of it here:
2007.12.07---
I have just clone jumped (no self podding ofc) from Altrinur to Covryn to a jump clone that had TWO (2!) standard +4 implants.
One was perception and the other willpower enhancing,
As I arrived I found that I can only see the neural (willpower) implant with the other gone !!
If you need to verify me telling the truth I believe you can do so on the test server image.
Please help me find out where this implant has gone and restore it as well as note that my skill training time is affected by this too !

I am now entering the forth day without information whether I may remedy my situation on my own while NOT spoiling GM log entries.
Basically I can NOT continue playing until I hear from support or risk anything helpful logged to be pushed out.
The GM staff has not had time or interest to review this petition at all which is frankly dissapointing.
Can you at least please have a look and comment on this petition ?

Im gonna start spreading rumours in jita that i got reimburst with a full snake set for my +4s as compensation if this silence continues, lets see how they'll handle petition spam after that.

it's pretty ******* obvious they don't know how to fix, or what's causing, the problem and are probably still trying to work out if it's even happening at all.
the thread has been stickied, i'd imagine that's pretty much all a forum mod would be able to do. if you lost implants, petition it rather than whinging about it on here.
