On my last jump on the 2nd of december I lost 9 of the 10 implants. All +5 and +5% hardwire. Posted a petition and have been waiting ever since. How long can it take till CCP will fix my implants?
Lost over a day in training time allready. Really getting sick of it.

That's odd. I thought Trinity went live on December 5th-6th. So you lost implants before Trinity?

Its exactly a week now since I jumped and lost my implant.
Losing the implant aint that bad.
Losing the skillpoints I could have trained up with my full set is slightly worse, but hey - I m half inactive and pondering whether I still enjoy Eve anyhow.
Losing my trust in the Gms because they have not at all responded or seemingly looked at my petition (open and not responded to in any way) is slightly putting me off.
Not knowing whether its safe to jump again without losing anything is just bad.

This is the 2nd weekend I've been stuck in a training clone wanting to PvP.
I've email CCP's support requesting an official answer as to when I can play the game as I want to, without the risk of losing implants.
I'll let you all know what they say when they reply.

It looks like they are working on my mission bug/ship loss petition, but my jump clone petition is still open with no action. Maybe there are just a ton of petitions for them to go through. I lost my stuff last Wednesday, so sooner would be better than later.

This is getting quite frustrating for me. I dont get much time ingame and so I had to replace my lost set of implants (around 50 million). This was most of my cash (I have like 20 million again now after some saving). Why dont the GM's just pay out the cost of the missing implants so I can continue with my game?
I dont wanna get into dealing with money lost etc, I just want this resolved ASAP.

this is getting silly. how gms are working for ccp? 1 or 2? for all those who have not got theyre petition answered yet. i got mine answered after about 5 days, and did get all my imps reimburst.
now i got a new one going. lp store took my cash...but didnt gimme the stuff i bought...fun-tastic.

As a paying customer, the provider should let me know what's going on with the product. So why not give us customers a small comment about this fall of value CCP?
I'm stuck in empire... don't wanna risk my Imp-Clone! Especially not if it takes so long to replace stuff when it gets lost because of present reason!!

Well I have pretty much not played since Trinity was released now. And don't intend to for some time... I am in a +5 clone learning a long skill until I am positive this is fixed.
As for CCP... Shockingly bad ...

No mention of any fix for this in Tuesday's patch notes.
CCP, any chance we can get an ETA on a fix or is that your way of "balancing" jump clones?
oh, by the way, CCP next time you patch something make a detailed list of WHAT your bloody patch impacts. (and no, clearly you did not do that properly, otherwise the horrible list of bugs introduced by Trinity would have been fixed days ago)
Makes it much easier to track down bugs instead of throwing ##### at the wall and hope to find what the problem is by analyzing the lovely resulting patterns.

Got a GM response 3 days ago asking which implants I lost, haven't heard anything back yet. They must have a ton of petitions to answer.

I must have done something wrong. I never had any of my implants destroyed even while jump cloning excessively. Until one day, I logged in to find that 3 of my 4 jump clones just disappeared. There goes about 200m in implants 
I am a bit frustrated now.

Ok Petition has been actioned and I have received my implants back in the station of the jump clone. So I am happy that I got them back.
No real response to lost training time but we know ccp's position on that already so no surprise.
For reference Petition was opened on 2007.12.07 05:30:00 Response was on 2007.12.17 05:11:00.

Bad customer relationship management CCP.
At the very least there should have been a post here on this stickied thread, the thread unstuck and the community informed.
After all these years, I can only express my disappointment at your handling of this issue, I'm used to much better co-ordination in CCP regarding things like this. "CCP Casqade" should have posted that here in this thread, where loads of people were waiting for a response.
