In the case of most of JF's pictures, they're from people who either do this for artistic purposes, or do it as a form of play. It's not any more demeaning to a woman than a woman who's a mechanic (not traditionally a very femanine profession). It's consentual. I have some friends who actually do that for a part-time job. I used to go out clubbing a lot. The music that I listen too draws a very 'alternative' crowd. I've seen some things that I found a bit twisted, but that made people happy. Strange confinement practices, People hanging in the air by hooks stuck through their flesh, People getting 10's of big needles stuck into them, whipping, paddling, and a whole array of n0rty items. The point is, when the nights done, we all go to a local coffee/IHOP, talk about music/politics/whatever, and go on with our lives. I dance, they get whipped, and we're both happy. There is no 'movement' to stand up for. Humans are humans. They live, they love, and most have some kink or another. JF is composed (from what I've seen) of mostly social people. Social people enjoy interaction and attention, and the sigs do just that. I'm glad they have another option to express themselves visually, as the game despite it's AWESOME char creation, doesn't allow you to do much after that. As for La Maison and Jade's 'jabber', go read Oscar Wilde for a while and come back to us. If there's anything I'm sure about Ms. Jade, it's that she's NOT a 14 year old boy. Or if she is, she'll likely take over the world when she grows up. I hope so.
