A simple pep talk from some Sponge Bob guy was enough for RISE leadership to stay in the area, even though undocking = all ships lost with no Bob support. It was past the point of humor, which for PL is a very long ways. RISE should have known they where a joke within Bob, pack there bags, set Bob neutral, and left with some respect.
