Listen, this "10 months siege" is crap. The siege lasted only enough time to tear down their POSes (2-3 weeks during which the only hostile presence in the area was a BoB drive-by and Evac), the rest of it was just bored goons and pandemic legion guys looking for easy ganks because Rise sucks (and it does!).
I'm really starting to thinking that Rise doesn't "get" 0.0, since apparently a cloaked recon in one of their systems constitutes a full scale siege.

oh, i see what you are trying to say. to confirm your words, i went to check out rise killboards.
to my shocked surprise, i found out that rise somehow managed to kill 70bil worth of goon ships. i also found out that they they managed to kill 311bil of ships overall.
not bad for alliance you proclaimed dead almost every day for the last 10 months

hey guys sorry im late to the thread, had a holiday party at a steakhouse where i sipped 2 mojitos
they thought i was pretty metro to be ordering mojitos in a dc steakhouse but man they were tasty
anyway the point i wanted to make caod is that rise is terrible and that i love them because they are such a laughingstock yet in their heart of hearts they think they are first-class pvpers

heya rile,
Rise is a pretty solid alliance in the grand scheme of things and while I was a member, they never turned down a fight, never overly smacked beaten opponents, and was almost constantly under siege in Fey -- they did well, and I agree with Rile, anyone who thinks otherwise isn't being reasonable and probably has no idea what they are talking about.

Also, OP I'm pretty sure that you are not counting POSes in this statistic and not taking into account the fact that being beaten (A seven billion ISK difference in our case) is the usual definition of "Owned".

we already rise is worthless by soloing them a year and a half ago when our total capital fleet was 2 carriers that we didn't know how to use and we denied them of OR until we got bored and wandered into CR

look at the history between rise and goons yes there is a good bit of it. what i think started the real down to earth hate, was when rise with d2, youwhat, razor and iron. (yes there where all best friends back then) kicked goons out of cloud ring. yes thats right goons lost space to rise and i think that some of goonswarm haven't got over this.
i know that someone is going to say but rise lost that space too and yes they did to youwhat with the help of outbreak but that another story.
i think this is why some of goonswarm are smacking as they can't get over the loss they had back then.
