The rest when you consider there numbers and the fact we were on our own (mostly) verses all of them at the same time we more than held our own. The constant bashing RISE gets on these forums is the result of fear of our past performance. Nothing more. Thanks for your time. -dbp

Well, their membership numbers have been cut in half and hide the turnover of lost veterans getting replaced by recruitment. As for the rest, bureacracy is remarkably slow to react. My guess is they're still looking for the proper RISE Ministry to file their 306(c) Strategic Complaint and 804(a) Ship Requisition forms before they cash out.

Kilian II A.W.M Ka-Tet	Posted - 2007.12.09 17:25:00 - [321] It makes me sad to read such threads, it really does All those brave guys i had the pleasure to fight together while there was still FA and allies, now crawling in the mud and bargaining for their last dignity here on these forums. So many wrong things written here, about RISE, about BoB, about the whole situation. I left RISE at the very beginning of this once promising alliance, and in good mood and looking forward for them to become stronger and less vulnerable to the constant BoB harassment we endured in Fountain for month after month. Thats the brave history of RISE, afterwards its going downhill one step after the other. And to see all those noname-pilots now in the alliance, claiming they know anything of the great history they could have had the honour to be a part of. The decision to side with BoB was the beginning of your downfall, Rile, and i believe deep in your heart you knew that it was just not right to go that way. It needed a bait as big as the RIT triangle to get BoB in the situation to get rid of the last mans standing in Fountain and OR, and you greedely grabbed it after years of suffering and fighting. I wouldnt blame you for it if it wasnt BoB you sided with. I remember our talks and discussions in chat and on our forums while we were still FA, and I for one was sure that hell will freeze over before such things could happen. You proved me wrong, and I often blame myself for leaving such good guys as REZ behind, and let you run in the worst possible situation I could ever imagine. While we were fighting Bob we were a joke compared to the power of other alliances, but we still had our honour and dignity. We were of not much matter round there, i know, but we handled the pets bob put into fountain nicely, and kept on fighting and fighting and fighting... Believe it or not, but we made a name of ourselves out there, as the ones that will never give up to fight the overwhelming force, and still be there till the servers close down, and annoy bob (and we really did, hehe) as much as possible. But sad as it is you didnt took the same road as BIG did and leave the ally as it became certain that you will be sacrificed on the altar of our largest enemies. And see what happened: Now you lost everything which looked so shiny in the beginning, lost your dignity and the respect we earned in years of fighting. You lost your best pvpers to Bob (what always happens ) and are now in a situation much worse than ever before. And, ironically, you are back where you started your great journey of misfortune, back in the space we once promised to shed our blood for till the end, BACK IN FOUNTAIN. It seems like karma to me that your road brought you back to that place, the most beautiful and promising space in the universe. And thats were my last glimpse of hope lies: Take a rifter m8, go fly through the true "core" once again, and think about the past times. You lived there longer than i did, and i know it still has some meaning to you. Its like a drug, once you lived in Fountain long enough, it will always drain you back to it. And you are there now finally, at the end of all the high hopes you certainly had about the future. I think now is the last chance for REZ (and you are the guys im still very concerned about) to make the right decisions, one last time, and regain what you lost on that long winding road, your honour, OUR honour! You dont have to live as a lapdog, Bob will betray you sooner or later anyways, as with all his allies that are of no use any longer. There is still enough blood left in you to rise again and throw away the shackles that are binding you. I once promised you something, and i will still stick to it if the time is ripe and you call me. Im not your enemy, believe me, and i want to see you back in the place where you belong to, proud again, heads up and with honour. The difference between the KIA and RISE killboard is that on the kia board the prices of ships are about 50% higher, which results in different ISK figures. The kills/losses and percentage are about the same.
