It sounds like a bug to me. Sometimes I can get 10+ systems in a shuttle w/o Concord ganking me, sometimes I'm toast before I even load from the first jump.
Aerfen	Posted - 2004.03.12 18:57:00 - [41] I'm pretty sure I read somthing a while back about being able to fly in high sec systems, when u have a low sec status, was ok so long as u were in a frig or shuttle, but a cruiser or BS would get you lynched. Maybe this is an example of that. That would make sense or else you would be in trouble trying to get out once you had been put in your mork from ork ship (Pod for those who are not as old and sad as me :) ) or if your clone is in +.5.

CONCORD and Police actions are different though, I'm almost positive. I've had enough negative faction to be KOS in certain faction's areas, but CONCORD couldn't give a rat. It's weird, as CONCORD sec rating is actually CONCORD corp standing, but not CONCORD faction, so you end up with strange cases in Genesis where CONCORD may come after you as a Police action, and NOT as a CONCORD/DED action. At least it seems that way to me. To the people giving them crap, they're trying to help everyone here, stop being so fickle. -- TomB: End the speed-race. 1 propulsion mod allowed, make turrets affect ship attributes like +speed/+ab speed +agil for progressivly smaller/lighter turrets, -speed/-ab speed -agil for long-range.

Zap says the sentry guns didn't fire at his frigate but fired on his battleship unexpectedly and the children chirp in to yell "Har har!". I took a shuttle to Valmu (Sansha Battle Tower) and noticed they did not shoot me, I did the same with a frigate, again I could go right close to them and nothing, however when I brought in a cruiser they targeted me instantly. For some reason, at times the AI in the game does not consider u a threat if u're in a smaller ship class. Don't know why, but it does seem to be the case here. HeÆs a pirate, not ALL pirates or PKers are griefers you fools. Your playing a PvP based game. If someone blows someone else up, that doesn''t make him a griefer. Now if someone blows someone up right next to CONCORD in Yulai w/o being at war with them and continues to do it for days, thatÆs a greifer. Pirates are here to stay, no matter how much you bish and whine. This game will NOT become EQ no matter what you try. Side note, if it somehow does, IÆm outta here, as the ability to off someone who just made you mad is one of my favorite abilities in this game. It keeps children in check in low security areas. However in high security areas, the maturity levels are nearing all time lows. As for Zap, yes, he got attacked by CONCORD after switching to a ship that they perceived as a threatening ship. If he was all this ebil being you are making him out to be, he would be fitting up a kestrel right now and killing everyone in high security space. Instead he''s making this fact public and making you all aware of this problem. To Zap, if ya find anything else as a bug in this game, keep us aware again. And if the kiddies moan and groan and talk of what they donÆt know one more time. Say F them and just become what they are told you are and hunt down every little toddler in that posted and pod them and give them a new diaper.

But rather it is NPC mobs that can be sitting right off your port side and not lock. However when you do lock and start firing they respond in kind. I don't suppose you'd like to test that theory with CONCORD and open fire on them per chance ;-)

Loaded up a vigil for high speed cargo runs, and the guri's ignored me even when I was orbitting at 500m. Soon as I locked one tho, kablam.
