Along the BattleTech lines (page 5), there are "House" mercenaries that usually operated from a solar system(s) within a Great House, Davion, Steiner, Liao, Kurita, Marik, or a minor house against targets of the House's choosing in return for the House providing for their upkeep. Then there are the mercs that operate out of Outreach or other hiring halls without political ties like "House Mercs" that just follow the contract like a shopping list.
So are MC someone else's "House Mercs" now or are they going to take contracts for anyone?
