Well, a few hours into the new regime in CAOD and it doesn't look any different to me.
except goons using complaint generators instead of the usual one liners.

All good things come to an end.....
It was a pleasure to work with this fine CRC forum team and we had lot of "interesting" moments.
So farewell to jacques and the other including those with unpronounceable name (yup that you hutch) 
Final note: for those being given a second chance, please do not waste it and enjoy the freedom to post again responsibly...

As long as you're going to do forum changes, I'd suggest making separate forums for character sales and GTC sales. It's hard to browse characters when 500 "3x30d GTC etc." threads clog up every page.

Did it fix the two biggest issues with forum usability?
Namely:
Add a freaking preview button. This would cut the amount of user effort required to preview in half.Make the last character used the default. I couldn't count the number of posts I've seen where someone meant to post with one character, but the forums defaulted to whatever one it felt like instead. And to make matters worse, it doesn't remember. I actually went so far as to delete a character just so the forums wouldn't have the option of picking it for me.
Oh and also, the blue bars are eye-jarringly inappropriate. They don't match the rest of the color scheme at all. It hurts to look at.

I mainly read chribbas RSS feed over all DEV posts nowadays, and this used to get me the small golden gems of the forums. Then I could trudge the other posts when I felt I got time.
What I have noticed is a great increase in dev posts consisting of *click*. Could it be that the new forum mods are devs, or is it just that devs do more moderation? Either way, to make the blue bar/splendid RSS feed the mark for amusing dev comments/real info they used to be, could perhaps mods get a different colour? Or give devs a tickbox that allows them to remove their bar when they are indeed only writing *click*?
I understand if it is not entirely possible to fulfill, especially when moderation on the fly is made by devs looking for player input etc., but I will put it forward anyway since I think it would improve your service .

Right now everyone can 'burn' their forum privileges without any consequences. After those changes you will be able to burn for mere 6 months instead of indefinitely. This is good questions, I would like answers to them also.

CRC inept at best performance and lack of ability has allowed CCP forums to rot. All the good information and discussions aren't even on CCP controlled forums at this point. I don't fore see with people being told in their alliances to go to other forums CCP even being able to get back in control of the EVE community. Most links I see these day's are posted on non CCP forums. Where news and info is a lot more accurate without the propaganda Goon racist noise. Noise that has gone on for far longer then most respectable companies would tolerate.

I, for one, welcome our new moderation overlords. I hope they do as good a job as ISD has done.
Two things make me post here:
1) As mentioned above by someone else, make sure the new moderators maintain the stickies in the forums. The ship fittings sticky in the Ships & Modules forum is already missing the new ship types.
2) Why do the new mods have blue bars on their posts? I don't want to belittle their role, but they're not really devs. Every time I click on a blue bar thread thinking "Hmm, dev content" I get to read "Locked, CCP Mitnal". Great dev content. This also makes a mockery of eve-search's dev post finder.

Personally I think that's one of the greatest lock messages of all time, perhaps only beaten by *click* Valorem.
Yes we will be updating the stickies, some have been, others have not, we will be getting around to them in due course.
As for the blue bars, normal administrative tasks should now not be highlighted on the forums. Maybe more colours will be introduced in the future to further differentiate between various groups.
