I've done it the other way arround, I'm locked out of every gallente agent, and probably all minnie ones... Only way to get to where you can do missions for the other factions, is to fail storyline missions, as far as I know.

They dont post all their kills or deaths, especially not the deaths. They dont post their kills involving fighterdrones, for example, and not either several new t2 ships, lol.

Against rats, I armortank my Raven, yes, its wrong, but i works better than shieldtanking, AT LEAST FOR ME. I fight Sanchas and Angels (I never fight Angels without support) Shieldtanking takes too much cap while running, and the stuff you want ...
