BoB are good at blobbing, they have fleet combat worked out very very well so with no lag it is hard to fight a bob fleet. Fighting a bob 10 man gang is a different story, most of them fail at small gang pvp and when you factor in the new corps and the crap pvpers they have absorbed then their future isnt looking as amazing as you might think... So basically, you've got a lot of carebears with incredibly fat wallets who love K/D ratio, roaming warfare wont give them the K/D ratio they need to pat each other on the back. So if you think they will become some amazing roaming merc alliance then forget it, they need space to carebear in, they will probably look for a weak alliance like the good old days, KOS or bruce or something similar, easy targets to beat and good KB stats for all. Can bob take space when they lose it? Yes. They wouldnt even need to use their cap fleet or win buttons Will they take space from someone? Yes, or their carebears will leave and they will wither and die. I do seem to remember them saying that they would simply go their separate ways if they were ever defeated, but i cant provide a link unfortunately.

Bud pls do not get me wrong id say no other alliance is better for taking space than GOONS its the place to be without a doubt if thats all you care about, but the fact is that all that takes is numbers and some times those numbers work against you as the titan fight the other night showed. Skill and timing while outnumbered from 3 to 5-1 and walking away after wasting a lot of the enemy and losing maybe a dictor and some times not even that is the biggest buzz eve has to offer.
