James Swindle Caldari Caldari Provisions	Posted - 2008.01.10 00:48:00 - [1] Wondering if there are any EVE players that were born in Gibraltar (my birthplace) or that currently reside in good ol' Gibraltar. I love the place and can't wait to go back as i have not been in a few years. The weather is great, the beaches are nice, the people are ace...and everyone speaks english. Also the food is lush, and everything about the place is just pure coolness. GOD I LOVE GIBRALTAR!!!

Personally, I couldn't care less about these sort of territorial pissings. What I do find funny, is when the same people that claim the UK should return Gibraltar to Spain, go on to vehemently defend Spain keeping a couple of isolated territories in Northern Africa (Ceuta and Melilla) in the face of similar claims by Morocco - territories that are now under Spanish sovereignty for pretty much the same historical reasons why Gibraltar is under British rule. Nationalisms... ugh...

The Falklands/Malvinas were not "ceded", nor given by any treaty. Taken by force, and never returned. Every right to regain back by same force then, in my book.
