He's right about activity, they're 7k kills behind the lead corp (rkk (rkk has the worst K:D ratio but highest kills out of the key corps (it is just ahead of Black Eclipse though, so it's not all bad, though they're both behind Keiretsu))) and haven't been in the alliance as long, so should overtake relatively soon.
