So many folks talk about how this Recon sucks now post Nos, Sensor Damp and supposed Drone nerfs but it still rocks. Great dps for it's class of ship, fast, can be fit up relatively cheaply or pimped and even passive ships find it a pain to have their cap drained as much as the Curse does. Even cap boosted ships are going to have a hard time outlasting the Curse's cap draining ability if in the hands of a pilot who knows how to manage their cap properly.

Your targets when solo are limited in size, and usually people make things go faster the smaller they are, therefore the web bonus is pure win. Ability to use cov ops II cloaker is pure win. When in a gang there is always something worth webbing, and vaga pilots do not like rapiers at all, and seeing a ship that gets so many whinetards talking about it running away from you at first sight is an epeen boosts. Where as the curse u are removing their ability to tank by crippling their cap. yeah it only does crappy dps with its 5 medium T2 drones like what 220-240dps but u cripple their ability to tank what so ever. The best recon is still the curse there isnt a ship that ppl are scared of more. Plus they are cheaper now that not many ppl know how to fly them properly :P makes teh wallet go a little further -------------------------------------------------- It is not what u are underneath, but what you do that defines you

Likely because in the curse you dictate the terms of the engagement, whereas, like most armor tankers that aren't going quickly, with the Sac once your in you are in it for the long haul and you aren't likely coming out until someone is dead. In the Curse you've a much better chance of bugging out or maneuvering beyond their weapon range before you are caught and dead. And with 2xLSEIIs you get a hefty buffer on the shields to ensure your survivability.

Falcons are quite good gang support, but they suffer from 'ultra pitiful dps' syndrome. So... shrug probably a huginn too. Or maybe a rapier. -- Crane needs more grid 249km locking?
