Not to call you a lair Sweaty but it was your corp who did not want to follow our mining rules and where poping rare riods, thats what started the disagreement in the first place.
For Ganking Roba's Mega out side, it was 4 Bs's and he was mouthing us still about the mining rules so ya we ganked him. You can only take so much from a mouthy kid before you go mental on him.
This doesnt matter, its in the past and we're going to keep killing you. So prepare your next clone cus we're coming for your current body :)
And you wonder why your the first to die in battles?

Heres the kill list from roba. A mega got his pod...thats 8 ships. I was wrong on the dozen. First of all never call me a liar. Second FREEE never poped roids. Third I dont care about a cease fire with BNC. Its celes and rona-kia that I got a problem with atm. They came down for no damn reason and are hiding behind the "they are pirates...we are anti-pirate". As I said before. Just be a man and give the real reason your attacking us.

Ok this is simple...in eve things change rapidly. A week before FE allied with us I attacked and got podded by hupa. We were enemies at that time. In that one week I lost 5 scorps. 2 to Jokers, 2 to Tundragon and one to FE. I was a pirate hunter up to the point of BNC attacking my corp. I looked for help knowing I would need it. I asked all that I thought would help. Voldemorte of Tundragons was one of the first people to respond. He was actully sitting at the gate I was about to jump into. If it would have happened an hour later me and vold would have been shooting at eachother when i jumped through.

When was this kiainkz? And if you have proof we could probly work somthing out in part of reperations. The RSA has decided that if a person can prove that they were fired on and killed by RSA during our pirating activities that we will most likly reimpurse you. If FREEE was a part of this I was probly there. I do not remeber this incident but maybe you can refresh my memory. Also KiaInkZ, next time you decide to attack someone at least let them know why. A few of RSA members had a R-K APOC in roir and I told them not to fire. I will keep R-K on a threat list for the moment. Most of us have friends in PA and do not want any troubles with you guys. Even tho you are acting on your own behalf.

Our reperations obvious will exclude any war with NORAD or Arcadia. For example a scorp lost by BNC would not be covered. But the alt kestrel toulak lost would be. So would R-K BS lost.

Thats excatly right. We went pirate for 2 days and we are trying to clear things up. At first I thought the idea of paying people back was stupid. Then after a few of the alliance members suggested it to be just for the people that lost ships during our pirating behavior and if they could prove it happened and it happened during that time then we could work something out. RSA is now a miner alliance who have been trained in PVP. When we first started we were a Pirate, miner, PVP and anti-pirate alliance. Now we are just miners with guns. The pirates are gone. RSA only cares about holding its region. Thats how it will always be. This war is a ton of fun, but I would rather be building myself some wealth and my new corp wealth. I know our corp name probly sounds like a pirate corp. I personally wanted it to be called "Savage Rabbit".

The simple truth:
BNC and LFT invaded Fade when the conquerable stations became avaiable. They are large corps and part of large alliances. After a while they started to "rule" the area and they started to take down ships of free small mining corps. They destroyed severall n00bs/alts mining peacefully. This was the reason for TDG to help the small mining corps of Fade: we dont like alliances killing n00bs und using their strenght vs weak new players and hiding vs experienced players.
The future:
TDG will attack the regions of alliances that send invading ships to Fade. Attack Fade--->"visitors" in your home too. Quite simple. So far we have PA, Arcadia, FA and Norad...a lot of work  We hate people that kill small n00b miners and claim to be the "good guys".
To the RSA:

OK, so you're not pirates, but your pirate friends just threatened us if we don't leave you alone?
This thread really isn't helping to convince me your not pirates, just confirming what we already thought. RSA are a pirate alliance.
Facts:
1) RSA hit a RONA KIA convoy with superior numbers than bragged about it on the forums
2) R-K retaliate a couple of weeks later
3) RSA says 'no we're not pirates anymore we just pirated for two days because we were bored'.
4) Pirates then threaten to 'pay us a visit' if we don't leave you alone.
What would you think if you were us? RONA don't take to kindly to being attacked, but we also consider ourselves to be fair, understanding and forgiving, so please, try and give me a good reason we shouldn't attack you, apart from your pirate friends will come up to our space and be a slight inconvenience, I'm all ears.

Would like to make a few points on behalf of HUFF TECHNOLOGIES, as many peoples veiws of our corp and what we do are somewhat blurred
HUFF broke of from F-E in order to have fun again. I admit our 1st thought was to go back to pirating. However, times change and so do peoples idea of fun. HUFF were more looking for pvp action than ganking people left right and centre.
We moved to the fade area, and started talks with BNC. You all know where HUFF stand with the whole fade F-E situation, and for the record, HUFF are no longer pirating. Nor will we be going back to pirating. All of HUFF are having great fun here, and thats all that matters, from what i understand most of our freinds are too.
Ex-Pirates we are, and a bounty still many of us have. No doubt that this will get flamed by the narrow minded with quotes like "once a pirate always a pirate" and "but your all wanted" TBH I couldn't give a flying ****
HUFF are at least an hounorable corp imo, and what we say, we stick to. Those of you who know me, or HUFF members are pprobably aware of this.

I've never held with the "once a rat always a rat thing" Fraki; but I do believe in "once blown the reputation is gone forever". In your case (Huff) I think you actually did the stand-up thing over F-E and I'm glad you have found a common cause in fighting RSA. I personally will never trust the Forsaken Empire to change or reform because its been through way too many "changes of heart" already, and we are not talking about "once bitten", its like third or fourth time for must people I think ;)
And so to the point of this thread and SweatySack and Legion of the Damned and RSA: Your problem "sweaty" is that you did a deal with the devil and you invited an ascendent F-E to come and defend your little cartel. You placed your bet and rolled the dice and now you have to accept the verdict of fate. If F-E falls you fall. If F-E weakens you weaken. If you die it weakens F-E. Its all quite precious, but it was your choice to act in the way you did and there is no point declaming "changes of heart" at this late stage.
I know your diplomats have tried backchannel discussions with many and proposed ways out of this situation but frankly it will take a pretty damn radical change of heart to alter the minds and perspectives involved. You need to drop all pretense of controlling a region, all relations with Forsaken Empire, and (to be frank) all thoughts of running a continuing regional power. You had your shot and its blown. Wake up and smell the roses m'dear, life goes on (even if RSA doesn't).

It seems to me RSA is now on the reciving end of some very unpleasant punishment and unable to cope with it. So now you wish to change your ways and reform?
IIRC Jade helped set up Forsaken Empire and that she sorely regrets today. I may have something wrong, but I belive she helped some rats form it via cash for mining operations or such.
So we leave you alone so you can rebuild and attack at a later more convinient date?
Personally I don't trust you.
If you had decided to reform after you either won or was not overrun by besiegers I would have taken it more serious, but someone crying "Stop, we'll stop beeing pie-rats" when he is, as I see it, loosing is not to be taken serious.
