However, they will not accept the results of the online test. That should tell you something. For the record, there are Mensa members who are hobos or burger-flippers... just goes to show you that pure brain processing power and data storage does not an evil genius make. ________________

Since doing IQ tests doesn't actually have an industry applicable skill, there's not much point in training to be good at them. PS. My IQ is 77. When I was 12 is was 164. I just lost interest in "natty little puzzles" at some point. -- And with this post, I scent this thread. Mitnal will be along shortly. Modbutton in one hand, tissue in the other.

I just lost interest in "natty little puzzles" at some point. So, in other words, the IQ Test (if done properly) would show whether you are above or below average intelligence at the time. But really, it does mean little, as you could not be very skilled at arranging some shapes, but be very intelligent and the chemistry needed to invent to rocket fuel (or some other really smart thing). My IQ was 148 on this test, though I also believe there were far too few questions for it to be an accurate indicator. My sig taken from this site. [IMAGE REMOVED]

And yes, while a second year University student should be able to score well, it's also geared towards Americans and was unbalanced test. Not really what you want to judge yourself by.
