For bet type #6, 1.757 billion isk was wagered, and 472 million was wagered on the winning teams. Does this mean:
a) You get (total amount of your bet(s) on winning team(s))/472m * 1.757b, or
b) For each advancing team, 1/16th of the 472m prize pool is distributed across all bettors for that team, or
c) For each advancing team, 1/16th of 1.285b isk, plus 100% of whatever was bet on that team, is distributed across all bettors for that team? <-- this is my pick

Asked a question on 7 Mar about this bet group that did not recieve a response until you posted the results on 10 March. Would have been better if you had responded before posting results. Just seems like an after-thought to me.

And you are correct, it's not explicitly stated, only implicitly.
If doing it the way you suggest, then the "everyone could end up with odds of one IF all the teams went thru" wouldnt make sense though (that should be done "your" way as well then, to stay consistent)
It's an interesting idea though.

Reason beeing I feared it would be confusing for people.

It's standard practice for the bookie to keep the ISK if no winning bet where made.
We did so with AT4 as well (check the link to the posted results from back then)
Ie. it's not a "after the fact decision"

Instead of displaying completely incorrect odds (which IMO you are ethically bound to pay out at since they're the odds you published, though I certainly don't expect you to given the extreme of how far off they are) just display the most and least someone could win as a range.
When are payouts expected? I've verified my bets show on your page but I haven't received any isk.
Also it's reasonable for the guy to expect isk back since he is not betting against you (like a traditional bookie) since you didn't publish any set odds but rather are acting as administrator -- it IS reasonable to take your 10% at a minimum.
Above all else, thanks for providing this service. No way could I deal with people like me (and the previous posters) as a customers

Bet types 3,4 and 6 are in fact displayed just as you suggest... As a range from 1 to X
And beneath each table it's stated what the "best case" odd's mean (and the worst)

I must admit that I'm still a little unclear as to the answer to this post. Are people who made the hard calls going to be rewarded for it, or are the pile-on'ers going to reap a silly reward? Again, as you don't seem to have indicated an intention anywhere, I strongly advocate for option #3 on that post, as it ensures that nobody loses money by making a winning bet, yet rewards those who bet intelligently and/or "riskily".

I can tell you this - Manually doing 137 individual payouts sucks!

Pleasantly surprised to find I eeked out a small profit
This wasn't perfectly run by any means, but unless I missed something the whiners aren't running anything better. Maybe next time put your frustration to constructive use and give BIG some competition eh.
Personally I'd really like to see someone offering guaranteed odds, instead of just acting as broker between betors. That might seem a scary prospect. It implies doing some decent research to estimate each team's form. But in my experience in this tourney doing just 2 hours research I was able to identify many of the 'surprises'. Predicting which big name teams would flop was too hard in that time limit but the research was much more productive than I expected.
Plus there are some tricks you can pull to reduce exposure when offering guaranteed odds, limit bet sizes, tweak odds to encourage the book to balance, bigger bets suffer a penalty to their odds and so on.
Point is it should encourage more betting, not only because people prefer to know what their odds are but also because it removes the advantage that comes with last minute betting. Whether the profitability on such a venture is worth the effort and risk I don't know, but surely someone can gamble that it is
