For the past 12 months I have turned down contract after contract against Eve University. I have told our corps that we have a strict no shoot policy and have taken action against people who went off the reservation and did so against stated policy.
I have spoken with the alliance leader and told him after the incidents that we would not put up with another gang bang of anymore of our pilots, and he agreed to set us to +1 just to remind his alliance of our no shoot policy.
After repeated attacks on our pilots I now have no choice but to end this "hands off" agreement.
From this point forward we will take on contracts concerning Eve University.
This first one will be on me, since it was my desire to leave them alone because I have always considered them to be a good thing for Eve as a whole. My efforts to keep them off the menu has only resulted in them throwing it back in my face and costing my pilots pods and ships.
The only way to avoid this action will be to drop 1 Billion isk into the Privateer's wallet within 24 hours from the time of this post and that will grant you 4 weeks of peace with us and will replace ships lost due to your ill advised actions against us.

There's little a sledgehammer can't fix.
If you can't fix it, you need a bigger sledgehammer.
If it's unfixable, blame CCP. :p

Putting them on a pedestal in the first place is silly in and of itself but them making you regret your actions by attacking your pilots is nothing short of Machiavellian, deserving of every bullet you put into them. Best of luck on your campaign sir

PLease read the relevant section of the University's Rules Of Engagement.
"# Criminally Flagged (Red Backed Skull)
IVY members may initiate combat with player-pirates who are criminally flagged, for reason including (but not limited to) theft, unprovoked attack or security status below -5.0. Note that a criminal flag for theft does not propagate further than corporation members and other IVY corporations cannot retaliate for theft from another corporation"
As the person you claim was killed came in flashy, attacked and was killed. Do you wish to review the frapps footage we have of the engagement?

They had 130 in Bosena the other day. Spent my time out in a Eagle popping t1/t2 frigs.

Confusing post tbh. You made a non-aggression pact with Eve Uni or not? The Uni is very careful about who is attacked. Did you discuss this with the Uni diplomats? Our diplomats pride themselves on working across Eve. I doubt they would fail to live up to any agreement.
I was present the whole day last Saturday and can say that all targets we engaged were red and flashing. FC's made the rules of engagement very clear and all present were quite disciplined about engaging only designated targets.
There seems to be some unhappiness with the "fairness" of our blob. Sorry about that. Most of us with little PVP experience and low SP totals are just happy if we can get a lock on someone, much less get on the kill mails.
Eventually we will be experienced and, when we leave the Uni for our next corporation, you will all be the better for the experience we gained on our way to you.
Inexperienced we may be, easily intimidated we are not. Time for some popcorn and clock watching.

Although you have jumped on his one statement, i believe his origional statement of "repeated" attacks still holds true. But can you really say that 81 vs 1 is somehow a measured response? Also, as Hooch has repeatedly NOT gone after EVE Uni, that should also tell you somthing.

We had a policy of not attacking Ivy, anywhere at anytime.
Reguardless of popular ideas about us, we do operations in all areas of Eve and to that end we will chase fleeing targets into those areas. If you are saying that all bets are off in .4 and below then "it's on" mate.
When this alliance was nerf'd to hell and back, we lacked enough targets to hardly hold us together, but we steadfastly held to the "no shoot Ivy policy" and refused badly needed contracts. I assumed you respected that, however your apparent lack of control over zealots has brought us to this.

A Privateer whining about his pilots being shot at? Thats a laugh. Considering the niche you guys carved yourself in EVE over the years, being shot at should come as no surprise to you despite the attempts at suddenly trying to 'play nice'. Change dont come over night and given the multiple wardecs EVE Uni has suffered by you lot, I should not be surprised that your initial peace initiative met with more gunfire.
I mean, who would trust a Privateer ;)

E-Uni keeps two diplomats locked under glass -- Kelduum Revaan, and Sabre A.
Kelduum's case says "in case of war, break glass".
Sabre's says "in case of PEACE, break glass".

I seem to remember reading this sort of guff at least twice before.
"We dont wardec Eve Uni, but we are going to this time because..."
So get on with it, lose again, and have other Eve corps coming to Eve Uni aid for the laughs and giggles.
Its about time Privateers Alliance was put out of its misery, its a corpse waiting to be buried.
