There's just something i'd like to ask...
Isn't shooting other people's property considered an act of aggression? And since jettison cans have an owner tag on them and therefor considered personal property, wouldn't shooting them be an act of aggression and cause CONCORD to fly in and blast the ransomer?
This IS a 0.6 system after all...

Yes, this is very common indeed. It's sickening really. Not that you got his carebear Apoc killed (hahahah) but that people can stand and aquire a tier 2 battleship and learn zilch and nada about elementary game mechanics.

I wouldn't waste a bs for you, but I'd definitely throw in a cruiser just to imagine your face going: "wtf is he doing? nooo" 
the game is about fun, and wasting a lille thief like you is definitely fun even if it hurts me
Now, seriously, this law gap is really unnerving, its like concorde is promoting stealing. It should at least be a little more difficult than getting an indy and start stealing/ransoming ppls ore.

Hmm, I have never declaired war on any corp to date. But I really think I may declair war on this guy and all his corp just for the retarded exploit of game mechanics that he uses. Its funny that I have no idea who the person taht lost his Apoc is, but I am willing to war this guy over it, wierd.

P.S. MrBinary, some people have no need for morals or ethics in both RL and Eve... Personaly, this is a game which I want to play to the fullest, I mine, research, manufacture, pirate and steal, I have paid for the game and don't want to only explore 1 part.
And in general, pirating isn't impossible, just recuire different tactics, now you just wait till the Carebears blow their selfs to pieces and just reap the rewards.
I'd kill you in a cruiser...... toe-rags like you are well worth the price of a cruiser.....

a Kestral w/4standard launchers equiped w/cruise missles would have done the job nicely

not flaming or trolling but i have a Q for u, why would u ransom a container in a Rifter? what was he mining? bistot? i don't see any reason to ransom a container of basic ore, if this is the case then u can not be makeing any isk from this! can u? i mean your Rifter can't hold any large amount of ore. Forgive me for not understanding this but i think your full of ****
Who in there right mind would use an Apoc to blow up a Rifter who's blowing up cans of basic ore? big deal move on to the next system. OR do what i would have done and take out the Kestral w/ cruise missles and blow the Rifter to pieces. Try tub dipping in my Mining Op and i garentee your Frigate or Cruiser will not last long and this is with no loss to me or my corp m8's
Tub dippers r lame and its the easiest thing to do in eve. even a hamster flying a paper clip can do that.

I don't really know you, but then thats not the point.
You state that that was your second trip to this guy. If I were you I would be more careful as you are getting close to to this....
A grief player, or "griefer," is a player who devotes much of his time to making othersĘ lives miserable, in a large part deriving his enjoyment of the game from these activities. Grief tactics are the mechanics a griefer will utilize to antagonize other players.
This should not be confused with standard conflict that might arise between two players. At our discretion, players who are found to be consistently maliciously interfering with the game experience for others may receive a warning, temporary suspension or permanent banning of his account.
You had already tried once. To continue even though you know what the results will be, just might be considered griefing. You destroy his can once then again. I wonder how many trips before CCP would drop the hammer on you.

If he hasn't learned anything from the first attack, that's not my fault, it's his.
If you think this was an exploit, blowing 2 cans of the same person in the same day, with a notable time frame in between, by all means petition it, till CCP warns me and says I can't do that anymore it's valid and I will do it again if the oppertunity presents itself.
geesh chill out. I never accused you of an exploit. I simply asked a question in general to anyone really.
That question is... How may times can you attack the same person before CCP considers it griefing.
No where did I accuse you of this or any other thing.
