I was catching up in a bs after getting out of my pos repping scimi and got in there halfway through - and from what it was sounding like when i jumped in we were not sure if we were winning at the time or not. I wasnt sure if jumping in was gonna be a mistake or not, but what the hell :) then a litte after warping off and back in to a closer range the hostile caps started running; seems the main reason we won so nicely was that from what i could tell.
Great job from our support for getting nice warp in points quickly, getting in close to the sniper fleet waiting for us really helped.
definatly didnt look like any desynching happened; some lag, but noone on our side reported desynch - including our dread that went down.
and I quite clearly remember when there was only the tackled dreads left at least one of them had its ogre's switching targets.
still; looking forward to the next big fight; hope we have them more often. |

A shame really that CCP put in ships ment for big pos fights and dont have a server that can handle it..
Both of the BYDI dreads that died were high up our phoenix's killmail, so we can can rule out that they suffered enough desync, if any, to stop them peforming their role. Also, on your killboard your dread pilot mentions no desync but instead lacking the cap to jump to an emergency cyno.
However from Kahlil's comments earlier it sounds like there was a 'missing' moros (not shown on kms or counted in presented totals). Having that extra (13th?) cap might have helped.
I've not heard anyone in FDN mention our dread dying from desync, nor from the pilot himself, who just regards it as good damage
Obviously though, there was some lag/desync for all sides involved but that is the nature of all such fights. There have been some bigger ones in GW lately where it was more of an issue. We need to breed a race of superhamsters, frankly, and get some vaseline for their wheels. Airdefence may have some spare from the aforementioned ballistic testing, which he kindly shared with us in thread.
Speaking of XIII Legio, they did war dec us, which started yesterday. In the last day however, they've lost 2 towers (1 large) to FDN and a carrier in the subsequent attempt to save them.
Which itself demonstrates that GW life moves on as fast as ever and the thread can pass along now.

I see your mom gave you permission to open your mouth however it has just begun. We dont have the same numbers as you but when we had even numbers in muttokon" who were the ones who ran "cough" fdn did.. Maybe if you call tcf they might help you out some. That speaks louder than words.

Unfortunately missed the fight due to real life commitments, but I do have one question seeing how this thread has degraded..Next door we have:
-V- (Alliance in it's 3rd incarnation) FiX (Alliance) XIII Legio (Alliance) Enterprise Estonia (Corp) ..and a few jumps down the road: BYDI (corp)
Most of these (if not all) were involved in the fight. On the other side was Foundati0n, and some Volt members helping. Now our neighbours (3 alliances, aided by another 2 corps) whine about Foundation being aided by TCF? Is this not possibly a case of the pot calling the kettle black?
Anyway, looking forward to the next slugfest!

It was a good fight and well played by our enemies.
I'm trying to finish a movie which includes their cyno's popping all around my ill fated tempest. Hopefully will have it up in the Video forum in a day or so In Memory of Deacon Hasp

So that's where FIX ended up. I knew the bindings were broken but to be flung to npc space on the other end of the galaxy?

Again foundation cryes to the worthless forum admins and they clear my reply. I did not use vulgar language in any of my posts.

tbh you fix guys could have come to nol and give some hand. I'm not Fix anymore but I still remember bob (or Mc for them) helping us out in most of the sieges we had in Q. |

Bringing this thread back ontopic. I want to apologize to the few FDN pilots who posted facts on here while keeping it smackfree. Although I still feel the battlereport was slightly biased, I do acknowledge that the Capital numbers originally posted are pretty much spot on the money. I got off my ass, and did some research
You played it well FDN, and although there are a few of your pilots I dont have a taste for specifically I will give you respect for a well executed jump in as a collective.
That is all, flame away and see you guys on the battlefield.
