A few months ago we had 6-8 enemy pilots hanging out around our station in Feythabolis and they would spend the entire day trying to shoot down station services with Ravens till we repped them at night in a few minutes with carriers.
Anyway, they would always cloak when we undocked/tryed to engage. While on TS, one of our corpmates said (jokingly), "Molle, since you are insystem, why don't you just doomsday them."
After we laughed about it, we heard Molle saying..."On my way....you have 10 seconds to get docked."
12 seconds later, there was a flash of bright light.....8 new wrecks at the station....and we never heard from them again.

Tbh i would feel epic ego if a Titan kills me like that, fat chance of that happening though :( oh and fyi, Titan pilots need kms too :P

I can't decide which is funnier:
The Titan KM or the pilot in a cloaking myrm suggesting that being DDed by a Titan is a lame tactic.

I don't think they used a DD. The mail lists a Gjallarhorn as doing all the damage. I'm pretty sure that's a fighter drone.
Here's what I think happened:
The titan was either in system already, or cyno'd in (in which case, yes that's the lamest thing I've ever heard)
He assigned fighters to the crow to "troll" for a cloaker. I used to do it all the time. Assign a buttload of fighters and drones to an interceptor and have it fly around towing the drones like a drag net. Works like a charm for uncloaking recons and the like.
If you look at the mail you'll see the 'ceptor had a point on you and the main damage taken was from fighter drones.
Going afk whilst being hunted is a little off the mark in my estimation. Better luck next time.

the only thing that would have made this even more hilarious would be if the myrm had been fit to tank the DD. No dying or getting decloaked, just come back to a very low armor Myrmidon still 70k from the gate.

if they had the titan in system i would have done the same thing.. you never know what intel he might have been gathering (even tho he wasnt gathering any)... spys in your system... where you have titan even.

You are correct, this only works after you have jumped into the system and are still cloaked at the gate... but it does work.
