I rat 0.0 in a trash-can Raven (throw together with whatever I had, not even full T2.) I could use the same raven to run level 4's in high-sec and I'd be making more isk due to LP and everything else if I had high enough sec-status. But yes... there is no reason to deadspace/officer fit a ship like that for missions, all you really need is T2 to do it, and if you get bored from the amount of time it takes to do missions, maybe you should try something else? Yep. As long as you Salvage, can build rigs and refine drops, you will make really good isk running lvl 4's no matter which type of ship you use. Sure you WILL make isk faster in an expensive Faction ship but you also take the risk of losing it and it takes a ****e load of missions just to pay off your boat + mods. If someone tried to gank me or I do something stupid/noobish in a mission and lose it to the rats, I lose almost nothing after insurance. Mr Faction ship pilot has to first pony up 2-4 billion for his ship and then has to make that much in missions to pay it off before he even starts seeing a profit. During all that time, he needs to worry if he is about to be targeted by pirates. Just doesn't make any sense to me...but whatever.

All those gist-x pilots must be feeling silly selling their caldari Lp for around 500-1000/lp now

But fact is, Vir Honn is best high sec agent in eve, gives out almost 9k LP and Minmatar LP store is best in eve, letting people get upto 10,000isk/LP with Republic MWD/Webs/etc! (thats 10 to 20 times as much than caldari navy LP store)

Does he mean he in his unhardened BS should be able to tank 5 overheated torp Ravens? If so I'd like to have some of what he's smoking. Also from what I see in the killmail he must have been taking dmg from NPCs at the same time. It says dmg taken over 200k and the 5 players didn't even deal him 50k dmg. So I guess he's saying he should be able to tank 5 player BS' + a bunch of NPC BS' Good one!
