So, when they say 16GMT, it is 17 british time (+1 daylight savings) and 18 central european time (+1 because of timezone and +1 because of daylight savings). Learn to count :)

I just figured the whole world worked the way this country does, which is of course stupid. I live in Ireland which, along with the UK, does indeed follow BST, and yes, the clocks went forward a few weeks back. Weird that Greenwich Village doesn't follow Greenwich mean time; I mean, they named the timezone after them, you think it's the least they could do:-)

If we did that every time before DT or patching, we would end up with skills at 4%, 15% or w/e "Depending on rank of course" on skills we don't plan to train for another month or so, it's just a waste of SP and you're skills are full of bars with huge contrasts. It's up to you if you wish to risk it.
