As annoying as they can be at times, I will admit that chasing them has entertained me many times when things were slow. Using dual scram rfiters and dual scram rocket bombers to catch them always proves to be a good way to pass the time. Props to them for trying so hard for such small rewards.
T2 salvage can buy a you LOT of disposable ships for ninja salvaging. The challenge to be able to recoup your losses solely by what you steal, can actually be more rewarding then just farming more killmails using Incursion-funded pwnmobiles.
