After talking to some bobbits, it turns out that P-L and Goons were both victims of social engineering/meta-gaming by BoB, as part of a way to get them to divert their attacks and attention elsewhere.
Apparently, BoB has some spies in Bruce. This led to these Bruce characters having convos on scrapheap and in-game which leaked intel making P-L and Goons want to attack the Bruces. This was all part of BoB's plan, to give the Bobbits some breathing room while they go after IAC and parts east.
I'm impressed at the level of meta-gaming by BoB on this one, it was awesome. They managed to get the coalition to turn in on itself, divert fighting away from them, and then make it so they could easily attack one of the larger non-involved parties (IAC).
BoB, my hat goes off to ya, you ended the great war and never had to actually take any space. You guys really do own this game. :)

My .02 isk. The OP probably works for the Mittani and wants to blame it all on BoB so he can trick Bruce into fighting BoB again. So this is actually counter intelligence psyops for GS.
My intel is better than his because I read it on a bathroom wall at Fanfest right next to TT's phone number. BTW you wouldn't believe what "guiding hands" part of the name actually refers to. Sick.

Bruce is on the endangered alliance list already. Being manipulated by both sides.
They can join either side and see how it pans out, leave or yield lower Fountain to who begs for it the most. |
