The last months were not nor will it ever be representative of MC as MC was created and built up during the years. What was done, created and envisioned by Seleene and others are beyond anything else seen in EVE so far and this can never be taken away. My self and NSN will always be proud what we did with MC and being one of the 4 original corps on the logo. I will be forever NSN but MC will have a solid spot in my heart until this universe implodes. The memories are way too many to write down but I donÆt think it needs too, anyone who ever crossed paths with MC, at the business end of a 1400mm Howitzer or as a client will remember the experience as long as they keep flying. However, a couple of things I feel the need to mention as one represent the beginning and one that changed the outcome of EVE history at the speed of a convo. And of course, a little on the end of an era. First is of course the FoE Contract that forged the original MC into the most feared free fighting force EVE had ever seen at the time. When the dust settled there had been one of the most destructive wars seen during such a short time and never had there been such a well documented apocalypse. The praise from both sides cemented the solid reputation that would accompany the pilots of MC for a long time. The second, as forgotten it may be, MC pilots did after a very brief conversation with the leaders of the now dormant .5. Alliance and JimmySav in particular (I think), lend its guns to deliver a Gallente Titan that had been stolen. And if anyone had any doubts, MC wasnÆt contracted to give it back to the Gallente Navy... No, we saved it from the claws of hundreds of opportunistic capsuleers and brought it safely into the deep space territories of a certain pirate faction thus changing, if only for a short while, the order of the EVE universe. This was all setup, agreed and executed within hours. These were the things MC was created for. This is what we did to earn our name. Nothing will ever take that way. It was not to last though, the changes in alliance conduct meant Empire were becoming less important and of lesser value hence a new ways to inflict pain were needed. Future endeavors would be in the super capital age, which in my eyes was the transformation of MC and traditional fleets into a superior capital fighting force. And also, in retrospect, this showed the beginning of the end. As these capitals and the way territorial wars are waged slowly but surely made all other forward thinking alliances catch up in technology and add numbers to top it off. Before that though, MC literally were the destroyers of worlds. As EVE has changed there is very little left to do. The concept of MC was unique and canÆt be repeated. Universal changes and ways to once again be able with a small force shift the outcome of things bigger than one self are needed for such ideas to be valid again. While a member of Sparta, we fought against Seleene and her gang in northern Dek, and watched as D2 was reduced to shreds. As Daisho, we accepted their generous invitation to base out of H74 (a constellation that MC was not using all that much), which gave us 0.0 moneymaking ability while providing access to several regions worth of pew pew. And then, as Tortugans, we flew alongside as proud wingmates. MC will be missed... but MC is only a name. Seleene, Nighthawk and yes... even Mynas (who was getting blamed from day 1) are still around. I've no doubt that we will be hearing more from these guys. And... whether with BOB, Tortuga or RA/Goon, I feel we can all agree on one thing: Krall Amarr is a giant douche. Now Recruiting. Join "Neogen" channel for details

I have fought against you a couple of times, and was never anything less than impressed with your professionalism and ability to kick arse. In hindsight putting down roots and losing your neutrality looks to have been a mistake, as it changed your nature fundamentally. How unsuprising? Well simple realy. Motherships were invincible back then, and there wasnt so much caps in game and MC had a edge. And they had support from Allies. And they had a most incompetent group of people to fight against as well. How suprising? You have to give them a credit where it is due. They realy were tip of the spear that riped trough north. And a tip that certainly came in handy when we needed it and paid for it. So for that hats down Seleene and most of MC players. What was your End? Simple and easy. Mynas and few more people with noses high in the skys when they had no basis to keep them so high. I hope most of MC will have fun in whatever they do next.
