We wanted the fights, why do you think we started out in venal for? then we saw whoever it was down deklein usually bringing a pack when we roamed into their space "lets go for yao just for the hell of it" so we did, and we got pvp. then we just moved along and voila, we had tons of stations, space and pos. then we did what trium does best: roam. just wanting for someone to come and challange our space. if you think about it, it is almost what bob did, they ****ed you goons off so much that you took the bait, where damn close to success, but stumbled on their doorstep and got facepalmed. trium spawned together with mutual corps likeing to pvp. then you can spin spin spam spam, make witty comments about this and that. i remember when trium rolled down to youwhats space and started hammering those guys. so many from the goon train peed their pants while clapping their hands "go tri go tri". but when your train slowly started to derail and you had to find some new chaps to pick on. i wish all former trium corps all the best and hope you get back your fun. noone deserves grief in this game, cause at the end of the day, you all pay to play, so make those moneys worth while. _

Xaeon's crew certainly gave us a run for our money. Fighting you gents helped teach me a good deal and gave me experience I was in need of. Thankyou for that and for being good sports at the same time. Congrats Dark on what you guys achieved, and a fond 'fly safe' to the lot of you.

From lying ready to pounce in venal to our campaigns to the south and the east. Roaming gangs with some very skilled pilots. Fighting vastly outnumbered and coming out on top. Ganking hostile caps sitting outside their pos shields. Etc etc. I love the idea behind Tri, kill and have fun. To be honest as an alliance it always felt shaky to me, and I was surprised it lasted as long as it did. I give much of the credit for it lasting as long as it did to Dark who was the level headed guy trying to steer a boat full of strong egos, and different opinions, and different desires. Also some solid teamplayers like my former ceo DanMck. Oh well, sad to see it end, but not really surprised. As someone said, Tri filled a niche and did it very well. No we were never a BoB or RA. If your criteria is skilled pilots I'd say Tri was better. If your criteria is people dedicated to making a solid 0.0 alliance, we werent close, and started to decline the day we lost Exanimo. Good luck to all. Oh and props to those who smack with their mains ;) PS : Yes, Im not in a corp atm, but mods please use some common sense.

I have stated many times that I was impressed by the discipline, organization, and effectiveness of their victory. I had always hoped to be able to field a team that could take them on, but it looks like I won't get that chance. Congrats to those that built up TRI, and may you find many more areas to excel in while playing EVE. I SALUTE YOU!

It's ironic to see that what finally killed TRI wasn't being alone, but actually teaming up with someone. Most of the remaining TRI corps are awesome and I hope R A and NSN the best. There's not much of a need to say that about D00M, they're better on their own than a lot of 0.0 alliances tbh :). VSQ will probably be just fine and I imagine Omen. will be a great asset for any alliance, should they decide to join/start one. As for DORM.. please, please don't let them join you, whoever is going to try grabbing Deklein after TRI is gone. Don't do it! Weeman from SPA was right: TRI packing up like this shows how the 9000+ POSes in Deklein were/are mostly useless and don't really correspond to the majority of the membership's view of fun. Less POSes, less isk grabbing and more (or any) moon-financed dreads/carriers could've done a great deal in terms of making the alliance more cohesive and capable. This worked in D00M AFAIK, not so much for the others. Still, the general mindset was what made TRI great in my opinion: serious business was secondary, having fun professionally was what came first. That's endgame for me, but I guess views part in that regard. The four or so months I was in TRI were fun and I hope all the cool people find themselves a good future occupation :P [size=9]PS: moving to the south is a good idea tbh, Angel rats drop poly components[/size] //edit: oh well, not everyone are indeed leaving - it is confirmed that DORM is staying in S-D along with a mom in the oven and titan components docked up.
