IF you can think of a reasonable way for me to make it less risky for the other party, then I will do that. However, this is the best i've been able to come up with.
And it's anything you want, not anything I want. You'd be in charge instead of me after all. ------------------------------

The raven setup is made of win, but you really need to make it with uber win and put cargo expanders in the lows, its not a tank if its not an honour tank.
I would ahve had you as my little slave but I've just gotten a dog and that is enough to look after right now.

I have a some questions.
-Have you provided this service before? Are you capable of listing some past clients?
-Would you be willing to accept a contract would would require you to pay the client collateral?
-What kind of assurance is there you would actually dedicate 2-months; that is a long time?
-What kind of PvP experience do you have - so the client would know wither or not you would trash more ships then its all worth?
-Would you provide any of the following services?
espionage, sabotage, intelligence/reconnaissance, mapping, assassination, wardec corp removal, hired gun, ninja salvage removal/deterrent, suicide bombing, mining, hauling, mission running, etc.
-Would you be willing to perform a job that may/will harm your reputation/standings (sabotage, missions, faction warfare, scam/theft/pirating)?
-If you did provide exceptional service, would you be willing to take another contract and/or contract extensions? (supposing your employer was fair, reasonable, and had appreciation of your work - making the job was a delight) ____________________

1. This is the first time I've offered this service. We all have to start somewhere.
2. I suppose it would depend on the client and the colateral, etc. Got any suggesgions on what sort of collateral etc?
3. Well, I specifically picked now to offer the service, as I do not go back to university untill September. This should give me all the the time I need to do two months, + extra if something were to go wrong on my side such as getting struck by lightning etc. Is two months a long time? I really don't know. I would like some opinion on this, perhaps one month is all anybody would require to get thier moneys worth and more back, as I said before this is my first time so two months is only a guess.
4. I've been a member of two different PvP corperations before. One was a part of the privateers where I learned some skills / working as a team / etc, the other was 0.0 where I learned some 0.0 combat and survival. So to answer your question, I'm not a rookie but i'm not really a verteran either. However, I would like to get into low-sec warfare eventually as I will have some serious Carrier pilot skills after I get Gal Carrier V and one or two other things.
5. I would be willing to perform any of those if that is what the person hiring my services wishes, though the more boring and soul destroying ones should probally be avoided late, late at night (example, 2am) if you don't want me to treat my keyboard as a pillow.
6. I will if that is what is what is ordered of me. The number next to my name is exactly that and can be fixed by me at my lesiure. My reputation as a person however I don't feel will suffer too much, as I will apologize where possible and if need be I can point out this thread and show that I was merely a pawn, but that I am however trustworthy and obedient which may prove more usefull in the long run.
7. I suppose we would have to see how it goes, but it is indeed possible, especially if before September
8. Though you didn't ask it, I'm mostly offering this service as a way for me to
a. Earn the two expensive skillbooks I need. b. Gain a friend to fly with in EvE (If the person who hired me is enjoyable to be around and work with.) c. As a trust building excersize. I'd like to go into low-sec warfare as a carrier pilot eventually, with any luck this thread will prove to them that I can be trusted and that I will follow any orders they may have. d. A bonus reason is that it would give me a good excuse to play some EvE online. I've not actually played a whole lot while waiting for skills to train these past few months. EvE got boring solo but following the directions of another would atleast cure that for me ------------------------------

In order for me to determine my status as a buyer I will need the following:
1) Please Provide a full body picture, nekkid, preferably. 2) Please let me know how you feel about leather... 3) Do you have any diseases I should know about? 4) Are you averse to traveling in dark, dank places? 5) How do you feel about poor lighted basements?
Thank you.

Very simple:
Employer buys the skillbooks you want from the NPC. You open trade window with Employer, he gives you the skillbooks and you pay him full price for them.
Employer then pays you a daily wage for services rendered that will, at the end of two months, amount to the cost of the skillbooks plus 10% interest.
Simplified even more:
1. Buy your own damn skillbooks from the NPC's. 2. Hire yourself out for a daily wage that will cover that expense over a month or so.

It's not a bad idea and I suppose something like that could be done.
You assume I have the money for the skillbooks though. |

My reputation being f***ed up worse than if I were to do industrial spying for somebody's orders and so forth? The fact that I could be hunted down and my life made miserable? The fact that if I didn't hold my end of the bargain, then no alliance would ever be likley to trust me full stop, let alone with a carrier? |

100m is closer to 1 week's worth. But if that's what you wanted, then all would know about the supreem majesty of your hair. The price is still what I named back in the origonal post though. |

As I said erlier, I do not mind. Even if I end up with a huge negative security standing, I can still work it back up into the positive without too much trouble.
Security standing is just a number, after all. ------------------------------

I'm actually curious about how often you'll be online and when. I would consider this arrangement, but I'm moving in two weeks (RL), and the preperation and aftermath is going to leave me very EVE inactive. I think the idea shows promise, and the price isn't to bad. There's always the chance that it's a scam, but you might alivate some of the suspicion if you asked Capital Ships for the first month and Gallente Carrier for the second (can't train Carrier without out Capital).

May I suggest that you use someone like Chribba as a trusted third party? He charges for the service, but you could make it a condition that the slavemaster pays the bill.

As often as i'm called on via MSN. Heck, all I do all day is check the day's webcomics, download mass quantities of pr'0n and hit F5 a lot on forums waiting for new posts, so it's not like i'm ever really NOT free <.< The only exception to the rule is Sunday afternoons when my D&D group is, so if i'm not allowed Sundays off then i'd have to leave my Halfling Rogue in the hands of one of the other players when I tend to buisness.
*edit* Oh, and sometimes I lose at Dwarf Fortress too. |

As to your collateral question: my recommendation is to provide it, until you build a trust base. Even if it may put you at risk - or even cost you something, it will set a platform for you to offer services on these forums.
You can be picky about your own terms later when your trustworthy. ____________________
