I'd like to avoid a "chained to a rock while a guy with a whip stands by" situation, if i'd wanted that i'd have been a Minmatar to start. The service i'm offering is more to be the "Robin" to the "Batman" of the person who hires me, so to speak. Servant, minion, accomplice, whatever you want to call it but as I said in the post you quoted NOT "slave".

Am this guy's former CEO, introduced him to the game and was a friend IRL. Although a pain in the arse, he is intent on getting those skillbooks and the cap ships and has been since he joined. He is well organised, knows his whoring well, and has a nice strong tongue... Am amazed you still trying to buy these though, thought you were in a 0.0 alliance for a while for the npc whoring. Its gotta be easier than what amounts to prostitution. As a real offer though, do you have cyno fields trained? :)

I'm not going to disagree that any employer should pay for your PVP ships. But in the case of, say a L4 hi-sec missioning setup, there is a reasonable expectation that the ship will be returned to a hangar at the end of the contract, fitting and hull intact. Between the potential replacement cost and risk of your absconding with equipment, even in the face of damage to your reputation, would you be willing to post collateral on the order of 200m with the 3rd party? This would be the only exception to the equipment provision. An agreement on a protocol to cover this would have to be fleshed out in more detail of course. The thought does occur to me that this doesn't interact well with accidental losses, but economic methods will provide the best basis to build trust. If so, I'll much more strongly consider hiring you.

I'm curious how he would structure the 3rd party agreement -- I can't see any way to avoid having the 3rd party make a judgment call about whether Amplify fulfilled his end of the bargain. Which means either the 3rd party has to spend some time following Amplify around (ick), or has to depend upon reports from the contracting parties (ick). Part of me wants to volunteer to be the disinterested 3rd party to this deal, and part of me is afraid of that issue I identified in the above paragraph. MDD

My employer wanted me to let the thread die but I've been getting so much response that I need to say this and just stop more people asking. He's so pleased with the level of service that he is receiving that he has already paied me in full before a month is up and he's a pleasure to work with so i'll almost certinally be sticking around after the two months are up. If you wanted my services i'm afraid you will most likley have to look elsewhere, sorry :( ------------------------------
