Well i reinstalled it, downloaded a patch about 800mb, now all i need to do is register a new account, cannot do that for a few hours, got no credit card on me  .
Then after that its ready to play?

I was confused when making my account, as I selected "Pay by Cash" as my payment option it didn't actually ask for any payment details, I imagine it'll ask me when my 30 days runs out though.

Overall impression is not that great. Average FPS is 30-60 which is alright but I think it could be better. Gameplay is ok, though I dont look forward to grind quests which only involve kill x or get x. Not a fan of this instancing and single player mode idea. UI is very basic.

By being too nice to people. I tried to offer an armor to a stranger because he could use better one and I could only get 14 Tin from vendor by selling it. You cannot simply "send letter" and wait when GM's replyes. No sir! You have to stay ONLINE! I send my petition and made is class EXPLOIT which SHOULD scream over those nublets stuck in quests or someone crying about Goon's ganking them but I was wrong. FunCom was busier to suck up customers than fix exploits. 190 petitions was before me. After 4 hours, 180, after 5 hours, 181 .. I was WTF and logged off because you know one must sleep sometime. I did petition 2 more times and waited total of 20 HOURS but never GM replied. So I tought what the hell, I will get my mount and best backpack then and .. rest is history.
I never gave any of my money to people nor bought items to them. When they banned me I told 'em to remove those items I had (2 mounts and skills for them) and unban me. They never did. Oh btw they did emergency gold wipe and deleted all my legal cash too. Yay.
FunCom, ****tiest customer service but sadly, they also made best MMO ever, AO

A few more thoughts on AOC.
It really should not have been released at the current state its in, the options to lower graphics actualy lower your FPS. I'm running it on a fairly decent machine, I feel sorry for those on worse. So I can manage a nice looking enviroment but it spikes FPS wise too much. Whats even more annoying is the lack of replies from funcom about their poor game engine.
However I do enjoy the gameplay, quests are fun, though not really challenging. PvP is pretty fun, though at the moment i see no risk involved.
I can see why lots of people are saying its another Anarchy online.
So glad i still got EvE and FW to look forward to. Since I dont think I will be adding a subriction till i can be told by funcom when they are going to sort the big issue of performance.

Oh dear God, I just started reading the AOC EU forums, so many whines. Funny thing is unlike in EvE most of the whines hold a lot of credit and evidence.

Well some of the PVP wasn't well thought out.
As a game it is pretty damn cool. I played on the limited PVP server and it is fun enough the combat is great I enjoy it.

30 to 60 is great.
The game ramps up after 30 and gets more interesting, some of the dungeons are very very good. Like Hall of Souls or whatever they call it.

Are they suggesting they have somebody(s) working as a GM(s) and that's how they get all the items in-game and the reason why people are paying them?

Yes Messerschmitt facility it is real. They charge people for being in there guild. and you seen the newsletter, they rely on hacs and 3rd party programs to win over and be the first to do whatever in a new game.. Kinda lame. And im sure its the same for the guys in eve atm. they may charge a fee to actually play.

From what I heard and played from AOC, This topic may, or may not be true, I have looked on every server, and have not found a problem with large group killings, tho I have seen one, whitch didn't last long before another group of players grouped togeather and struk them down, teamwork in AOC is fairly good, tho some people communicate VIA text, some dont. Dont judge a game from what other idiots say, try playing the game yourself, and see what you think. Its actually a fantasticly well made combat MMORPG. Like EVE in the sense that the GMs actually play the game. But if you dont like fighting games, this game is not for you.
