Cynosular jammers are primarily aimed at prohibiting hostile capital deployment in one's home systems. Since the introduction of cynosular jammers covert cyno generators have been introduced, which are designed in a way that they cannot be used to capital or blob deployment.
As blackops need boosting anyways, I suggest to revisit the operation of cynosular jammers and make game mechanic changes to allow the usage of covert cynos in cyno jammed systems.
First alternate to CSM.

Certainly. I actually was under the impression they did get passed cynojammers because of their different module system entirely. ------------------------ "There was this bright flash of light - and now this egg shaped thing is on my screen - did I level up?" |

Although its covered in the Black-ops re-balance general topic on the agenda today - I do think it is useful to have simple and straightforward issues as an option for us too. Supported.

Very defintly. I assumed they would when they were first announced to the extent I didn't bother to even test this. This capability would make them FAR more attractive (Assuming the Covert Jump Bridges function like this as well)

Depending on if and how cynojammers might become re-balanced this might be moot, but anyway worth supporting.

I always heard it was a mistake in implementation for them not to work this way.
So yes, lets get this going.

Support this, albeit conditionally. There should be some drawback to using a covert cyno in a cyno jammed system - for example it could show up on the overview like a normal cyno, or its fuel use could be increased, or its activation time increased. Unrestricted use in a restricted system would be backward.

To the above poster, technically the cyno itself IS restricted since capitals can't move through it.
