Don't know how much luck you will have with this. There are girls - but I've yet to hear of a corp/alliance that is strictly girls - or at least say they are.
Are you a girl yourself, or are you - how do I say this without making a insult, "other". Not to be mean; if you are a girl, you would know how many creeps like that are out there, which is why I ask.
If there is a group like this, it's probably very small, and low-profile. Run some forums searches, talk to other girls you know ingame - maybe this can point you int he right direction.
Even if you do find something, chances are its got a few girls - but a lot of them are actually boys, even though they say they are a all girl guild, just like on WoW. 
Dunno if you want to call those "corporations", probably more along the lines of cyber-opolis. If your looking for a real-deal all-girl guild, I wish you good luck with that.

I have heard there are all girl corps around...just havent found any yet.

I remember a corp from a couple of years ago, they flew in Minmatar space - Teonosude or close by.
I'm not ingame, so I'm making a stab at the name. Try searching for "Suicide Girlz". They were called something like that.....

Remember when this forums wasnt full of *****s and one could acutally ask a question without getting stupid remarks.
Just goes to show that CCP's wow recruiting is right on track and i expect to peak with ambulation comes in, then you can hump each other in the bar whilst typing how cool you are.

Well, apart from the obvious drooling and "WTB a girl who plays EVE" comments in this thread, I think an all-girls PVP corp would be awesome to see.
However, you would be griefed so much by nerds trying to impress you, you would probably have to go clandestine with it.
Unless you like that kind of desperate attention from nerds like us boys playing EVE

Not trolling or anything, but where is this happening? o.O I've checked the thread a few times over, or were you just putting that out there for people to know or something?
As for females playing EVE, or games in general.
Dunno - it's no way at all true to say women do not play video games - but it's true to say that men attract to games a LOT more then women do - that's for sure. It tends to be there is 3-5 times more guys playing video games, online games, then there are women - that says it all.
As to convincing Gf's to play a game, hmm - those who are successful, it's probably because you were just lucky I hate to say. Most women try EVE and don't like it because, they just don't. It's not always how you present it to them; in fact it usually isn't.
It's really no different then a guy - if you present EVE to a frat boy who only plays sports, and barely plays video games (and the ones he does play is sports/racing only) - then you will have the same results as you would from most women.
I can say this though - I BET that most women that do play EVE have played video games before in the past. The ones who don't get into it, I bet they never really played video games at all.
As to why current EVE chicks have played games in the past - dunno, feel free to enlighten us - tell us about your gaming orgins  My best theoriy is that you gals are pretty casual and open-minded and at one point or another, your first game ever was something that clicked for you and seemed tolerate, then you were willing to try new games.
A fine example of click-games for chicks would be, though I hate to say it, Halo, or World of Warcraft; because they are fads I hate to say it. The reason why these games click I think is because of teen popularity, a lot of women love to socialize - teenagers in particular. Eventually, in order to spend time with friends, they play these games with them. This happens because it's just a activity among friends, and a social network - a video game myspace *quivers*. Wither we know it or not, they are bandwagon fads.
Not trying to make generalizations at all - but this is the trend I have noticed; and maybe it would help us dumb guys understand it more
If you gals have a formula on how you guys chose to play video games, and why most other women don't get into video games - feel free to indulge us

nowadays, there's plenty of corps with one or two females in them.

I whole heartedly agree! Which is why I wanna ask: why are you looking for an all-female corp? The few I've met in EVE would make Womens Activists groups proud. Just join a regular corporation suited to how you want to play, you will have much more luck (and fun).

Why would it be awesome? Drawing a distinction between the sexes (i.e. discrimination) works both ways, why is it necessary to be a member of an all-girl corp? Such a suggestion implies that there is a problem CCP needs to address or deal with.
Incidentally I doubt very much an openly "all girl" corp would get griefed, if anything I imagine the reverse would be true (a female avatar I had in SWG got free gifts unsolicited all the time).

IŠd just join any fun and active PvP corporation. Look for one that is mostly active during the times you play and ask the CEO if the corp is somewhat mature and fun. Then join them.
If they give you trouble turn on them in the midst of battle and quit to find another corporation.

Of course women play EVE, it's been published by CCP several times that 5% of the playerbase is female. That's 12,000 women who play.
Other than the interest in this statistic, though, nobody cares; you'll be subjected to some puerile smack talk like here and otherwise will be shot at just like everyone else. If you're looking for an all-female corp. in order to find mature or "quality" players, I got some news for you there, females can be as immature as males, and you only see males being immature because of the M:F ratio in the game.
Me, I'd be looking for a mature respectful corp that has both males and females, and go from there.

And as for smacktalk...its one of my favourite parts of the game
And I have been popped and podded before doesnt scare me not looking for an all girl corp to keep from getting shot...if thats what i wanted id go back to mining!
Anyway...again thanks for the replies...i think im gonna go with finding a good pvp corp not necessarily female...wouldnt want to be accused of being discriminatory against men...geeesh *rolling my eyes*

Perhaps there are some Amazon-type all women corps out there, but the majority of Eve players are guys. I think I have only made friends and heard only a handful of girls in the corps I have been in.
Hence, most girls are in a corp already with guys and made friends with them, or started because their husband or boyfriend got them into the game. Best is to just find a good corp, and perhaps with a few girls in it so you feel a bit more comfortable. Then you girls can just make a small roaming gang of just girls and blow stuff up :)

Women that do proper PvP are some of the most vicious and lethal players I know. Had one as my XO a few corporations ago, all I can say was "damn, sucks to be that victim".
Shame their so rare in EVE, more please.

Hello ,
I saw that you where looking for a all girl corp.Unfortunatly i cant offer a all out girl corp but we do have 2 atm and in our alliance we have 1 more. I know its not alot but ah well maybe you find this enough :D. So now something about our corp in general.
Our corp Righteous-Indignation is a Eu based corp with delegates from UK,The Netherlands,France,Scandinavia but also contains players from US and AUS timezones. We currently live in syndicate under the TYGRIS alliance. Our corp and our alliance likes to do small gangs to medium gangs with on occasion the odd Big fleet battle. At the momenet our corp is growing well and we are looking for some more high end sp players who can help us on our pvp journeys. We have players ranging from 5 mil sp to 50 mil sp.
Politics and the likings are up to the leaders of the corp and alliance leaders so you dont need to worry about those things.
