So here we are... again.....
Jita has now been completely lagged out for 4 hours so that nobody can enter or exit.
Bravo CCP! What a wonderful product you are charging your customers for.
And the official CCP response: "we are working with IBM on a super computer", is now after 2 years frankly looking more like an insult than a joke.
If you have been "working" (as in putting man hours every day into developing this "super computer", why isn't there some sort of progress report - after two years?? Come one.....!
CCP's reputation for disrespect towards it's player base is bad enough as it is(How are you, t20?). Surely there's no need to add outright mocking to the list....!?
Just come clean and admit that you are unable to solve anything, and that this super computer is in fact NOT something that any player should expect to see in his or her life time. Just tell it like it is - for a change...

jita isnt realy that bad as long as you dont go there on a weekend. i never have any problem in the middle of the week, its bit laggy but not that bad...

I've heard they bought "Deep Blue" from IBM to help with Jita, but the computer's been busy playing some 3500 simultaneous chess games with traders...

I don't have those problems either. Of course I avoid it at prime time but if there is 400 to 500 I have no problems getting in getting my stuffs and getting out.
I think some just want to complain.

The problem with Jita, as has been stated over and over, is that as they increase server capabilities, more people cram in. Therefore, Jita will always be at the breaking point, until one system can manage so many simultaneous players that it no longer matters.

If they did do that more people would just pile into Jita until it lags again and you know it.
OP: Sunday + Prime Time + Jita = lag
Don't go to Jita on weekends. Don't go to Jita at all if you don't need to.

You're asking them to create a server that can hold more people in it then is feasibly possible.

dammit :( too late to put my claims to your stuff
so ... i'll just offer some advice
1) Don't shop in Jita. Go to places like Rens, Amarr, Oursulaert, Motsu, Dodixie.
2) Make other people haul your stuff for you by using courier contracts.
3) If you absolutely have to go to Jita going on Mon-Fri is no different that shopping there on weekends except that on weekends you're guaranteed horrible lag there at least part of the day.

or any other caldari system with a lvl 4 agent :/ its actually worse quite often in the mission hubs then jita.

Like clockwork, we get this same type of post EVERY Sunday.
Like an above poster said, if you go into New York City at rush hour, there is going to be traffic. Lots of it. You are like that jerk who lays on their horn in their car when its bumper-to-bumper, even though nobody can go anywhere.
While city management (CCP) can make things as efficient as possible, it will NEVER be lag or traffic free.
There are several options...
You can get skills which let you trade from another system.
You can go to Jita at another time.
Or you can go when everybody else is there but expect lag.
This is a reality that you will just have to deal with.
Oh and your stuff. Well you know...
