I'm sorry, but the original lottery was for the imperial apoc (after it was changed from the megathron) and the pot. You can't change the rules in the middle of the lottery. That's just pure lame.

actually, they already DID change the rules in the middle, in terms of splitting into 2 rather than the same person getting both the apoc and the billions of isk.
and yes they can change the rules if they want, its entirely up to them.

I agree, let's assume a 4.5 billion isk pot here.
Extra prize: Imperial Apoc
First prize: 2.5 billion isk
2x Second prize: 500 million
4x Third prize: 250 million
There's still two big winners: the extra prize and the first prize. 2.5 billion isk will not be matched anytime soon. And this makes several people happy at once without kiling off the suspense at wh will be getting the apoc or first prize, since none of the other prizes comes near the worth of the two top prizes.
But of course it's all up to Tornsoul...
Thanks for bringing us this tornsoul, and for the extravagant amount of time you must be spedning on this event.

AFAIK the money-pot will be drawn at the next lottery, that is after the apoc one.
But a spilt of prices would be good. 2 billion isk is too much for one imo

1) Drawing will be the Apoc first.
2) The next lotto will be the cash
3) The rules wasn't changed prior to the drawing it was stated before the drawing even started.

In round 28 it should all go to 1 person. I don't think it's fair that just because something becomes overly popular for a round or two that you should all of a sudden change the rules. There is a point to be made for following the pattern that has made the lottery so popular.
[18:18] <Eighth> if you figure out a way to structure tank, I'll just nerf it, so save yourself the trouble and don't bother :p |

Read the original post in this thread which torn made, it states the special rules regarding this round and the limit which was imposed ie :
Buy say 15,000 tickets now, 1000 tickets are entered in the Imperial Apocalypse draw on monday 24th, 15,000 tickets are entered in the following draw.

Torn, I'm not really having a go at you, you know I have the utmost respect for what you do - i'm having a go more at the people asking for multiple drawings on the pot. I have entered the lottery before, I have entered it now, and I will continue to enter it in the future. I'm just a little annoyed that the rules seem to keep changing from day to day.

Also - At long last: The Lotterylist have been fixed.
People buying more than 1000 tickets, now have their 'excess' tickets filtered, and thus the 'ticket numbers' are now correct.

If i buy 200 tickets one day and another 300 like 2 days later are both payments going towards this weeks prize, i guess the real question is can i buy multiple tickets or is it you send money once and the other payment goes to next weeks drawing???
