Ive been in eve for over 3 years and this is the 2nd time I have been scammed
I of course canceled the contract and took the Reputation hit rather than pay that loser 25 million isk.
Every day Age of Connan looks better and better...

Well it is pretty sad that others have to resort to scamming people to make isk.
And to the op, please dear god, do not every accept contracts. T2 mods are just fine. If you don't have the isk, do not get a loan.
And to the flamers, STFU cause you either a) Scam or b) Just a bunch of freeloaders

I think others don't "resort"to scamming to make ISK< they just happen to like to do so. Everyone plays the game the way they like it. I know it happens, therefore I gotta keep my eyes peeled at all times. Don't mean as a derogatory remark but I'd take it as a lesson learnt here and never buy into something like that again. |

Please don't go to Age of Beta, you'll miss Eve. Besides why not join me in my new corp. It's 100% tax and you have to pay to become a member. I'll even sort you out with a ship cost price. Just contract me the relevant minerals for free and I'll do the rest...

Celestial Demon that scam isn't new. Just don't accept fishy deals from strangers, ever. It's really not hard to avoid scams.

Sounds to me like you were probably going to scam him. If you've been in game for 3 years and need to genuinely borrow 25mil you're doing something very wrong. Oh and I've been in game 4 and a half years and have never been scammed because I actually pay attention to what I'm doing (except when flying drunk ofcourse  )

im just having a really bad week, i just got out of the hospital from being serious ill and everything is just going very wrong in RL and ingame ):
I want to keep playing but I am so broke I don't have adamn clue what to do.

Pfft, been scammed once. The old 1 unit (Zydrine) that didnt show up as one unit (x 1) until they patched it....
Never been scammed since........

Age of Beta? You mean Age of pre-release Aphha where we need to patch the server twice a week just to keep things ticking over?
Jesus, Age of Conan has got more bugs than SWG... and that's saying something. Hell they even do server roll backs. Bugged quests left right and centre? Check. World map problems? Check. Crap UI? Check! Constant forum whining for nerfage that makes EVE-O's nano, cap ship, suicide gank, cap mining and OMGZ I WUS SCAMMED threads look educated? Check! Devs that actually nerf classes because the masses scream for it? Check. Getting stuck on invisible terrain? Check!
Non Implemeted items that should have been there at rlease? Siege PVP... Crafting... Player Cities... DX10...
The list goes on. It's basically shoddy and if you're happier playing AoC because you fell for a scam in EVE then that's a sad choice

oi, i havent played AoC, but i do konw that the game just came out a little while ago, every game is bound to have bugs in it, go to the General Discussion forum and click "last page" it will bring up posts from when EVE first came out, and just from what ive read, EVE had plenty of bugs when it first came out as well, agent bugs, mission bugs, for the most part, but still, EVE had its fair share
