Well heres my Analogy for original poster.
If a wasp decloaks next to an elephant. elephant will go ho look wasp squash.
If however a swarm of wasps decloak then elephant is liabel to go ho god a swarm of wasps and run, even though the swarm might only disable but not kill the elephant
please note
Wasp = manti
Elephant = Drake
the klingon ship was more like a Battle Cruiser than a pimmped up frig....
