I thought I'd take this oppertunity to give an interim update on [UGLYH]/[BPCS].
We are over half way though the first month. The first week was consumed by hauling, anchoring and skill training so the income did not start until the second week. However, with almost two weeks left to go I can happily say that we only need to bring in 55m isk in further income before we achieve the 5% dividend level. Clearly I want to exceed that by as large a margin as I can. Given two weeks to do so I am confident that UGLYH/BPCS will yield excellent returns at month end.

Yesterday [UGLYH]/[BPCS] reached and exceeded the 5% dividend target for month one.
We still have over a week before dividend payments are due, so our investors can expect an excellent return in 8 days time.
Given that this result was achieved in a little over two weeks (given one week of setup), I am confident that we will be able to provide exceptional returns in month two.

We hit 300m profit, the 10% dividend level, yesterday. With 11 days left before the dividend is due, this is going to be a good month. 
We are running at very close to capacity and I have deals in the pipeline which would result in us being maxed out. This brings us to the subject of potential expansion.
I'm undecided on the subject myself, so I'm wondering what my existing investors, potential investors and MD critics think about it. Any views?

Well, the response thus far has been positive, so here are some details of what I would be planning to do:
I'm considering a 4 billion isk expansion on this occasion.
2 billion - Additional tower with labs, guns and fuel
1 billion - BPOs
1 billion - Minerals
The additional tower would perform in the same way as the existing one. The BPOs would be researched and then put into copying, invention, manufacturing and sale. The minerals would fuel the manufacturing.
Initially the profits/dividends for the entire IPO would drop from 10%+ down to somewhere in the 5-7% region and then move back up to 10% over 1-2 months in the same way as when this IPO originally launched. As you have probably gathered from our performance the first time round, these are conservative estimates and we would be looking to exceed expectations at every stage.
I'd be looking to put 1-2 billion of my own isk into the expansion. So 2-3 billion would be up for grabs. As per my previous posts I would be offering half of the shares up to existing shareholders and half up to those that made reservations at launch, any unsold from either half would then be offered up to the general public starting with those that have voiced an interest here.
All of this is dependent on my existing shareholders voting for the creation of 4000 additional shares. I have 500 votes and Miru Redglade has 500 votes, so we would be looking to have two more existing shareholders vote for the motion to carry it through.
Finally, there is a timing and standings issue. Putting up another tower will require standings, I can't put it up within Bring Me Sunshine as the standings for that corp have been broken by the new standings calculation and the low standings of my tenants. So I'll be launching it under Ugly Toys and bringing that corp in under the IPO, although I haven't got sufficient standings in that corp either so there will be a delay while I correct that. With all this taken into consideration, plus the possibility that I may have to "create" a vacant moon for the new POS in my preferred location ( ) I think we're looking at launching the expansion in 41 days at the earliest. That will allow us to issue two more complete dividends and bring in new investment between one accounting month and the next to avoid complication.
