Yes.
I want to do the expansion just after I've issued a dividend to keep things relatively simple. I will not be ready for the next dividend (due 21st December) but I should be ready for the following devidend (due 21st January).

Looks like I missed my chance to increase my investment. All the same, if there is any opportunity to invest more in this enterprise I will. Let me know if my ??? can become a number, and what number that will be.

We have banked enough for a 12% dividend and we still have 6 days to go. That said, with almost all our stock sold, most of our slots rented and all of our tenant divisions booked we would be hard pressed to make much more isk between now and dividend day without departing substantially from our core revenue streams.
Post patch rush (lol Orca BPO research) and the shake up in T2 prices (lol price gouging) caused by the end of shady reaction activities has been kind to us.

It's been a good month so far, 11% dividend level achieved and 21 days to go.
This is mostly down to the recurring orders we have with some of our regular clients. Once again, we have little spare capacity so we can't expect that rate of earnings to continue for the next 21 days.
On the expansion front, I'm still working on the standings for the new POS. I'd hope to have the tower up in less than 2 weeks, but the expansion shares will still be issued on the 21st just after I pay out the January dividend. I'll cover any costs until then.

I haven't seen anything thus far regarding when you're going to begin asking for those who've reserved expansion shares to send ya some isk for those shares.. or perhaps I missed it? Inquiring minds..

Hey kids!
All is going well, 14% dividend level reached and exceeded with 16 days to go.
The new POS is up and running so our capacity has now been doubled. However, until shares are issued on the 21st of this month all the profits from the second tower will be going in to my pocket as I'm currently covering all the costs of the expansion myself.
The vote for the creation of new shares will be put up soon, existing shareholders will need to vote to support the expansion.

The accepted reservations for the expansion shares are:
1000m Bad Bobby (me)
500m Miru Redglade (existing investor)
500m Namco (existing investor)
500m Finedele (existing investor)
1000m Enihcam Xes (existing investor)
500m Frenden Dax (reservation from launch)
Shares will be created on the 21st January. I'll be asking for the money to be sent to Mr Snaffle (CEO of UGLYH) then, don't send money now. Shares will be sent out once I have the isk.

Yes, 1m per share.
I could have spent some of our income on buying up additional assets, thus reducing short term profits while increasing NAV and growing the business, but I have not. This was a deliberate attempt to keep things relatively simple to begin with, because I have a lot of demands on my time and attention which would make running a complex business too much of a challenge for me. The end result of this is a static NAV and a static share price, at least by my simplistic measurements. I'm sure many people who have more knowledge and experience in business will ridicule me for taking this approach, but it was the decision that I made at the time and I am content with the results thus far. That said, I have learned a lot from the last six months and would definately do things differently based on what I know now, but that is essentially stating the obvious.
I have no idea how much you would actually have to pay in order to obtain a share from those that own or are entitled to them, but I expect it would be a fair bit higher than 1 million. This is something I would love to discuss with people with more insight into this side of things.

Huh spare capital? How much capital you have is irrelevant as it was sold out before it was ever for sale. Based upon the response, and the AATP Auction this week, I believe an Auction would have raised at least five times more capital.

For this reason I was thinking, that if/when we expand again, I will be doing it by an auction. I see it as the only way to give everyone a fair chance at getting shares.
I had to honor my previous promisses to existing investors and reservations this time round, but next time I will not be under such an obligation provided the share issue is for the benefit of all existing shareholders to the point that I can pass a vote.
An auction, that places all the isk raised in to the corp's coffers, thus raising NAV per share and allowing us to generate more profits per share, is in the interest of existing shareholders. It is however, to the detriment of new shareholders buying in at auction, but that is the price that has to be paid when there is such demand.
As a side point: In each/any future expansion, as with this one, I will be buying up a larger stake in the operation for myself. When we create new shares for the next expansion, I will be taking my shares (before the auction) at the base price of 1m isk, I'm sure my investors will not begrudge me this given my performance thus far.
But this is all getting a bit too forward looking, as we haven't even finished this expansion yet!
6 days until dividend day and 15% is assured. I'm trying to eek out another percent, but no guarentees yet.
I'll action the new shares as soon as I have issued the dividend and I'll be expecting reservations to be honored by sending isk to Mr Snaffle as before. Don't send money before I ask for it because Mr Snaffle's wallet is also used for the dividend issue and I don't want any confusion.
