Ok, I've got a day off work today so this seems like as good a time as any to go ahead with the Bond launch. Here's the plan:
I will issue a final dividend to UGLYH IPO shareholders.
I will start a new thread for the UGLYH BOND.
I will make the first 2000 UGLYH BOND shares available for purchase. These are my personal shares. This will raise 2 billion.
I will make payments to each UGLYH IPO shareholder to cover the difference between their IPO buy-out price and the BOND buy-in price. This transfers all existing UGLYH IPO shareholders to UGLYH BOND shareholders. The amount to be paid to each shareholder is as follows:
Enihcam Xes = 150m
Miru Redglade = 100m
Caber Atreides = 560m
Finedele = 100m
Namco = 100m
Frenden Dax (C/O Dax Aquisitions corp) = 50m
Silpa Cordis = 50m
Desere = 300m
Total = 1410m
This thread will be retired.
Any UGLYH BOND shareholder, regardless of if they are ex-IPO or not, can post in the UGLYH BOND thread if they wish to sell their shares. I will make myself available as broker for all such transactions to avoid any additional risk to any party. But as always, you are welcome to trade them anywhere you wish, for any amount you wish, without consulting me.
I understand that some, if not all, of my existing shareholders will be sad to see this IPO finish. But all good things must come to an end. Thanks for investing in me and I look forward to doing further business with you all.

The bond thread is open here.
My 2000 shares are currently being sold of there. Any existing shareholders wanting to sell up should post to that effect in the bond thread and I will deal with it accordingly.
Once I have sold up enough of my shares to cover it I will be sending the isk to ex-IPO shareholders to cover the change in value of their shares. Once that is completed I will retire this thread.
