I've added you into the queue.
Whilst I will not be increasing the size of the IPO at this point because I do not need further funds now, there is a high probability that I will increase it in the future.
My intention would be to place half of any additional shares for first refusal from existing shareholders. The other half will be placed for first refusal from anyone who makes an unsatisfied reservation on this share issue. Any shares not sold to either group will then be made available to the general public.
The most likely expansion oppertunity will be to purchase additional BPOs for research, copying and sale. This is ideal because it does not significantly increase the risk of the IPO (as BPOs will be stored in NPC station hangars) but it does increase the oppertunity for asset value accumulation (through research) and further income in the long term (from BPC sales and invention).
However, I will be putting any planned expansion of Ugly Toys Holdings to a shareholder vote for which I will not have the majority to dictate the outcome. So ultimately it will be up to my existing shareholders as to when such an expansion should occur.

Eve-mails have been sent to all those on the reserved list under the 3000m limit.
I will be accepting funds sent to Mr Snaffle from Monday 21st July.
If you do not believe you will be able to submit your funds on Monday, due to lack of EVE access or similar reasons, you may send the funds early. However the IPO will not start until all funds are received. Mr Snaffle will hold the funds until the IPO launches, at which point they will be transferred to Bring Me Sunshine [BPCS]. Dividend payments will be timed for one month after that point.
If you are on the reserved list but now feel you will be unable or unwilling to invest, now is the time to say so that others can invest in your place.
I would like to take this oppertunity to thank my investors and all those that have asked questions in this and the previous thread for making this a relatively painless IPO launch.

So far just short of 2.5 billion of our collective isk has been spent on spiced wine, rocket fuel and exotic dancers. The remaining 500m will just be frittered away... 
But seriously...
Everything is going well. The POS tower is up and fuelled. Basic defences have been deployed. I have a lot more anchoring to do before I can open for business, but everything is on schedule so far.
Everything I have bought from the market has been at the best price available across 6 regions. In the process of gathering these items I came across some cheap POS components that I purchased and then cut a deal with another party to swap them for some pre-researched BPOs, both of us got a very good deal. ZZZ have agreed to waive the 30m franchise fee for the remainder of this month (thanks for that!).
Further to this I have negotiated and closed deals with two tenants for the new POS. They will be joining the corp once the POS is fully operational. A further two tenants are still negotiating with me and I am pursuing other promising leads.
More news when the POS is in full operation and then I'll let this thread go quiet until the first monthly report.
