Or maybe the Gallente will win, crush all the Caldari, and claim their rightful reward of Motsu as a Gallente mission runer hub. Or something. -- Crane needs more grid 249km locking?

Give CCP some time to roll out moar stuff and participation will rise again not that its currently anywhere near the point that its dead. Simply fixing missions to be more compatible with what mission runners are used to will coerce alot of the less aggressive FW members sitting of the fence to happily join in. Plex provide the carrot to get groups of pvp ships out into deep low sec and fighting so we don't need missions to acomplish that. Redo missions to mostly send players into their own territory to reclaim victory points with only the storyline missions sending you waaaaaay out there for some super phat rewards. As it stands having both plex and missions are kinda redundant and I'm sure the numbers on how little missions are being used will bear that out.
