Aneu Angellus Caldari Revival.	Posted - 2008.07.28 10:39:00 - [1] Dear CCP... This is a plee from all the adult, grown up, mature users of the forum who want a place to discuss things without being randomly smacked/trolled/flamed by some random unknown alt, this pandemic is out of control and is now becoming a FotM for quite alot of new users to my propose a change of strategy... For alt trolling/flaming/smacking with useless no use to the thread apart from derailing it ban them for a week, if they persist ban them again... and continue to ban them for it... screw the warning system, just give them a ban for a few days. They will hopefully eventually stop... hopefully, or just blanket ban goons (lol)... Aneu ps: yes im bored ________________ REVIVAL

If you require a skill training to be marked as main, then alt-accounts still slide. If you require the poster to be in a PC corp, then forum-corp alts still slide (While main mission *****s get marked as alts). Really, the only solution is just to try to choke back the tears, somehow, someway, and cope with not knowing whether it's someone's real fake identity posting in your thread, or their fake fake identity. ---------------- Ambulation Answers

Rothrin	Posted - 2008.07.28 11:50:00 - [19] I agree, it is terrible, the fails and what nots, if these wenrt people they would be perfoming seals asking for their fish. A clear spam section to keep the kids amused would help and maybe a volenteer programme for forum mods would help.

Might have a mod or two tell them of something really interesting, but the rest will be utterly ignored. Sorry to say it, though, but this is the age level, maturity and attitude that comes with a game that is heralded as a 'hardcore PvP' game. There's something about the mindset of a person who's enjoys unfair fights, griefing, scamming, pirating ... But that's EvE. We have to take the good with the bad. And there are a bunch of mature pirates, mercenaries, and whatnot. It's just the overwhelming majority don't seem to be above the age of 23, mentally. That's life. Genesis Project
