I just got this tool to help out as I took CCP up on the 90 day MCT offer recently, meaning that I now have a bunch of plants to look after :| I started filling out the stuff manually but I think that I might wait until the new version.
Cause lazy.

You are more than welcome. If it helps you, it means that my work is not useless and that makes me happy. I cannot offer any ETA on the next version, but it is moving along.

Sorry for the delay, IRL is very busy at the moment and prevents me from sparing anytime to this project. I hope to be able to go back to it very soon.
For update: I identified some issue with my screenshot processing algorithm and currently upping its game to retrieve better results.

the project has been stalled lately. Work and family life are eating all my time. And when I have free time I am so tired that I just forget everything to do anything.
I will try to free some time soon. Maybe during lunch time...

Quick status update:
IRL is overloaded. Too much work during day, during night, and kids to entertain the weekend...
But do not despair, even with all that I am still working on the tool. I am currently reworking part of the Image Analysis algorithm to provide better result. How better? Well let's say that the previous version achieved 40~70% correct data extraction. The new one is 80~90%.
When I get happy with it, I still have a bunch of bugs to fix. Hopefully I will have a beta version available before the holidays. So you can spend you xmas vacation breaking it, and me not repairing it until I recover in the first week of 2017.

Just to let people know that I am switching to Alpha type account. Lately finances are not doing great. Hopefully I will still have access to the forum to post updates.
I am still working on the image parsing. Progressing well, I should have it completed by the end of the week I think. Then onto bug fixing. After that I should be able to release a beta version of the new UI.

I deliver what I promised.
The new redesigned tool is now available as an Alpha version.
Notes:
- a lot of features are not working (ex: running a plan, or reordering structures on a plan by the button)
- I started integrating a help file, but it is far from done. But most all controls have tooltips, so just hover them.
New version is available here-á(EVEPlanetaryPlanner2.zip).
You'll also need to get the latest version of the PlanetaryInteraction.xml and Systems.xml I advise you to make a backup of your plans before you edit them with the ne version

Quick update: Google is not customer friendly. They will never tell you why they disabled your site... So I am in the process of re-creating the website somewhere else. It might take me a bit of time because I am busy over the head at the moment. But I am working on it.

Kinda good news. The website is available.
All I had to do was remove the redesigned version zip file.
No explanations from Google as to why they refused the new one...
So for now the Alpha is not available. I am still working on the website to migrate it somewhere else in order to have the new version available.

Yeah, and the worst is that you cannot even ask why they disable your site, nor do they tell you why. You just press a button 'Appeal' and hope that you get on someone nice, or that the bot evaluating the site gets smart...
The worst of all is that as soon as I removed the Alpha version, the site got validated again. Maybe it is because the zip file is 2MB with the new version. But there is not much I can do, it is much more graphical that the old one.
I might get the images out in a separated library at some point. So that people can get it if they want to. I'll put it on my todo list.

There we go.
You want the Alpha version? Yeah!!!
Well good news for you, the EVE Planetary Planner has his own domain now. So go take a look
The News page is not working properly at the moment because I am fixing the script for it. But I am guessing that's not why you would go there anyway.
So have fun and be gentle with the Alpha. She is shy and fragile.

IGÇÖm new to PI (and rather new to the game aswell), and I was curious to try this PI Planner, but it seems like the Alpha version isnGÇÖt working for me:
"Failed to load. Set property 'EVEPlanetaryPlanner.Border.BlocksSize2' threw an exception."
The older version is working well though, very nice work, thank you! |

Man, after -hassling you- talking about it for so long I feel bad that I haven't had a chance to try this new version out yet :/
I'm very keento try though, and hopefully now that work has calmed down a bit I'll have a go this week! My PI motivation has dipped recently (again, probably work related ;) ) so hopefully this will help me get back into it :)
Thanks in advance ;) |

I have uploaded a new version with what I hope will fix that issue.
Please download it, try it and tell me if it fixed the issue this time.
Note: for now the auto update is disabled for the Alpha version, so each time you will have to download manually. I plan to add support for it soon, but got more urgent issues to work on.

I am sorry to report that IGÇÖm still experiencing the same issues with this new version. :(
"Failed to load. Set property 'EVEPlanetaryPlanner.Border.BlocksSize' threw an exception."
And then crash.
Thank you for this new version. I hope you will find a permanent solution without spending too much time on it. |

I have uploaded a new version of the Alpha that will hopefully resolved the problem with the BlockSize -á I also added autoupdate support for the Alpha so you do not have to go download it manually each time. You can get the new version here.

I just don't get it.
I thought it was an obfuscation issue, so I did not obfuscate the latest version. I even tried it on my wife's computer which has nothing to do with mine (no development environment or anything) and I can open the tool without any issue.
I am actually at a loss about what is causing this.
