My latest bond offering
To cut a long story short, as phase one of an undertaking expected to implement PDE architecture and the principles of Participatory Organization, I'm offering a short term 5B bond (bearing 10% monthly interest) divided in 100 blocks of 50 shares (1m/share).
There is no limit for the amount a single person can invest however I will prioritize investments coming from those that I regard as friends.
Buyback at initial value of 1m/share will become available after just 2 weeks. I also reserve the right to terminate the bond at any time returning the initial investment plus interest accrued to that point to their rightful owners.
This thread will serve both for tracking investments/issuing shares and for weekly reporting.
100 blocks of shares left.

There is no waiting period. I don't expect this to fly off the shelf so money sent is money received automatically diminishing the reservations pool.
LRN will receive the isk btw.

So, is this a furthering of the IPO you started a few months ago?
That one went well until you had a RL issue make you stop suddenly.
I have always enjoyed reading your post and I for one value your input into the MD community. I was one (if not your first) investor in your last campaign, but I have been to a ball game and drank some beer and must have missed the offering earlier today and I am curious.
Any feedback or direct evemail would be much appreciated.

Why don't you expect this to fly off the shelf? I know I'm not interested but then again I haven't gotten over how you acted in your previous attempts a few months back. The fact that you have gotten a few bites also isn't that surprising but here's an honest question... What do yo think has changed or hasn't changed that has convinced some people to invest in you?

The Prologue is a phase of inflationary expansion aimed at stabilizing the returns for certain high volume products I deal in while getting rid of small time competition in the process.
This stage is of particular importance to the whole project as it will limit the exposure to outside funding, given that implementing Participatory Organization presents quite a few challenges - flexibility, scalability, etc.
