Not that it matters one way or the other to YGR/LRN, but I would have someone do a quick audit and post that he made the payout to Arch miner or who ever was suppose to get the ISK. But hey its his call how he wants to deal with it.

I wasn't going to say anything about this until I had completed the audit but much earlier LRN eve mailed me his full API key. No negotiation or anything, just the pithy "here's my key, will you shut this matter up." Of course the API database is still offline so until that comes back online I can not say one way or the other. However a report, to settle this, will be forthcoming soon (tm).

Oh, not having seen any of the data yet, I thought I should point something out here.... There is no log of when shares changed hands. You could simply be someone who transferred shares after the closeout and are claiming injury. Falsely that is. Your name does not appear in the initial IPO. You admit you didn't follow this or post/eve mail any modifications. Hell, there's no proof whatsoever that you really are/were Arch Miner. There's no proof that you are not still Arch Miner creating drama for drama's sake. You epitomize internet posting. A lot of hot air spewing forth crap and seeking to get someone else to prove, one way or another, your bull ****. So, imnsho, LRN/YGR should've just responded to you, then ignored you. Any continued screaming and whining by you, at him, should've just been reported as trolling/griefing. I honestly hope that the API database comes online after DT so we can at least proof this. Then you can finally stfu or be stfu'd.

I got a rude response from LRN stating,"I closed that down a long time ago, i am sure i paid everybody, so if you sold arch miner you best get in touch with him". thus here we are.
No one has come to my defense..I'm cool with that because im a ghost, I don't make friends, I Buy, sell, train characters, and I am always mixing it up BUT Rain Goddess is my last character that i will keep in eve so you can put me on ignore etc. I will be here investing as long as free will still exist and guys like Shar Tegral(Sissy's that quit EBANK(a fine establishment)) don't allow alts to invest in their ventures (remember my evemail now Shar  )
LRN/YGR I don't know from Adam or EVE. I know him like i know calgorac/james omerand, Packtu's, and Xabier. All Individuals making a collective agreement to do something positive (i hope) and i want to be apart of it.
I apologize for accusations of slander, for accusations of posting with gall, spunk, strength, and conviction.
I just wanted a final reporting from my investments that never contacted me. I wanted the amounts of all dividends paid and my initial investment returned. I don't need no API Key to tell me that. Any fine accountant and businessman/woman will run a quick excell and slap me in the face with PROOF

The problem is that YOU brought this claim to the forum.
The burden to prove it is on you.
You need someone to audit your character to prove what you say is true.
YGR is already going to have an auditor check his file to counter the SCAM claim.
You have done nothing here but make a lot of noise.
MD relies on data and proof. Either provide it or shut up.

Both YGR and Rain put 1B (or a bit more) in escrow with auditor. Auditor confirms story one way or the other, keeps 20% and transfers ISK to the person in the right.
