Any reason not to roll achura for pvp?

However I wanted to roll a second pvp char but am really tired at looking at Achura all day long, from the ORLY!? male face to the rather plain female face. Is it really just a tradeoff between having a character who looks good (ie not Achura) and not borking your character? Is there some other char build that I missed that uses those extra 3+ points of charisma that every other bloodline seems to have? I can't imagine needing them unless you want to pack your ship full of gang warfare mods.

I think it adds character and flavor to your toon. .... Plus i'm khanid so I still have respectable stats AND I'm a hottie

I mean I'd consider doing something else if Achura was just the FOTM, but I doubt CCP will ever play with attributes. They haven't to date if I remember correctly. The only thing they could do is add another bloodline or race that would be superior to Achura, but then everyone would be behind.

Oh well, I'm sure I can change the avatar later..." Yah, this was my first ever MMO. I guess I wasn't 100% sure how important the avatar is. Needless to say I can't wait for ambulation and the ability to change my avatar finally.

If you do some EVEMon calcs you will see that next best pvp roll options aren't that much behind Achura. So if you miss a lot of training while another guy rolls a Khanid C.K. for example and misses less training you can potentially end up behind him. The stats look good on paper, but in practice it is also up to how diligent you are with switching skills.

Diligence on skill training isn't really relevant to which race is more efficient, unless you think rolling Khanid somehow makes you pay more attention. I guess maybe if you're achura they're so ugly you can't bear to log on and look at them. Otherwise, given the same level of diligence Achura always come out above Khanid don't they? There are diminishing returns for each individual attribute (each 1 point into any attribute reduces training time by a smaller percentage than the previous one). However, a 10% skill increase always means 10% faster training. Check the math yourself and if you stil don't belive me I'll post it.
